Prince Pizza 2LLC — Restaurant in Philadelphia

I hate to have to leave this review. I’m a frequent customer that orders from here OFTEN, pick up & delivery! Today I placed an order over the phone for a Large pizza and was charged one price, I go to pick up my pizza… FIRST PROBLEM, they argued that I didn’t pay, I showed proof etc. the person continued to say that it wasn’t paid, the owner came out and magically he was able to find the order along with the payment, however the size of the pizza was not what I ordered, they said I would need to pay a different price because what they charged me wasn’t the correct price for a large pizza. I didn’t feel I should have to pay more money because of their mishap. At this point I was forced to accept the medium because it was late and I was done fighting with them. I also placed an in-store order for cheese steak and fries platter in which they tried to up charge my platter then what the price was on the menu. At this point they are trying to get more money than what’s stated on the menu. My biggest frustration is having to accept something that I didn’t want and it was the restaurant fault. I've moved in the neighborhood about 3 years ago. By far Prince of Pizza is the spot. This will be my 5th time ordering from here since July 2017. There has been 4 different occasions that I ordered from here.

The first time was a Friday treat for my household. I ordered a small pie and two cheesestakes and we loved it. I'm a pizza / cheesestake kinda gal and I was impressed.

The other 2nd time I had people working on my house. So, I decided to order them some pizza and stakes. They asked where the food was from because it's really good. The next time they came around to finish up they asked me to order for them 🤳👍.

The last time was about two months ago when my friends came over for a surprise visit. They decided to treat my family to some take out. I recommended Prince of Pizza. When they tasted the food they were hype. You know : this is good fresh, hot and came fast.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. We ordered a pizza for dinner and when it arrived the cheese had slid off the pizza. We called and were told another pizza would be sent out right away, but we had to give the original pizza back. Umm, ok I guess. 2nd pizza arrives and driver said we can actually keep the original. Inspected the pizza before the driver leaves and yup, cheese is all over the place again. Driver blamed it on the driveway!! We called and were told we had to send pictures so we did. We were told the driver would be bringing back our money because they didnt understand what was happening. This is now 2 hours from the original order, so we ate the pizza the best way we could. The driver arrives with our money and then ASKED FOR THE PIZZA BACK!!!! Said he could not give us the money unless we gave him the pizza. We gave him 1.5 pizzas back since we only ate half and he went on his way. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM...
