Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Philadelphia

I ordered 3 pizzas through the app and when I arrived in to the store 10 minutes before the pick up time they where closed already at 9:03 and signs says they close at 10:30, but the employees were all inside using their phones so well one of them that where sitted by the window with her phone told me that she was going to cancel my order because they closed earlier and my money will be back in my account in 5-7 days…… After a week decided to call customer services (that is terrible service not mentioning that customer services time is only short time and M-F ) to confirm if the order was really canceled and the operator asked me my email and phone number that she was going to call me back and after 30 days I still waiting …. THEY NEVER CANCELED! !! And putted my order as picked up👎🏻Thanks God occurred me to make a claim in my bank and they...

Horrible customer service..The manager is worst than the cashier...I went in here for crazy bread and was told another price than what was on the menu...when I asked why it was more, the manager told me that they changed the prices but not on the menu or flyer that was sitting in a large stack on the counter..she also told me that the menu was only for reference. I told her that they should not be sitting there where people can see it and want to pay the price on the menu...she told me it at her fault, she don't make the prices and ain't nothing she could do about it, in a very nasty voice...went in the back and I told her I would call corporate she replied so WTF! After food shopping, didn’t feel like cooking. Stopped at Lil Caesar’s on Levick. BIG MISTAKE!!! Employee with gold chains on over his uniform takes my order, gives my change from a stack of money in his hand instead of the register. Then he proceed to conversate with two other employees, one(cockeyed) sitting at the front counter eating and licking his fingers, the other just there. The profanity was soo bad, another customer told them they need to apologize to him for their foul language. After about 10mins of this torture, they realized they didn’t start my pizza. I asked for my money back and decided to go home and make a sandwich. I truly hope the manager read this, and dress up for the show Undercover Boss to see this...
