Kitchen B & L — Restaurant in Philadelphia

I just left this establishment; I was treated very poorly! I placed a phone order and was told that my order would be ready in 25 minutes, I waited the alloted time, give or take only a few minutes. Once I entered, I asked was my order ready. The lady who was serving the call orders told me "to wait a minute!" Without acting negatively I stepped back and waited. After about three minutes I asked again, this same lady rudely ignored me, after about three more minutes, I asked someone else, this after noticing people who were coming in after me was being served. The other lady went over to the counter were the call in served food was being placed and distributed, and picked up my order that had been there from the time of my arrival. When I questioned this, I was told to get out, and leave if I had a problem with the service. No doubt me or anyone else who supports this establishment will never return. ABSOLUTELY STAY AWAY. This place is filthy and not a place you want to eat. The food is ok, I usually do take out. Today I had time and went inside, used the restroom and seen ROACHES crawling everywhere in there (which is directly across from the kitchen) I told the Asian woman at the front about it, she smiled and said oh I’m sorry. As I’m talking to her, I noticed NONE OF THE COOKS WEARING GLOVES, not the Asian man or Caucasian girl! I almost passed out!! I asked why aren’t they wearing gloves, she responded hmmm it’s ok!! I started looking around, the Floors had so much dirt on them, for a restaurant this is ridiculous and nasty to serve food in these conditions. I never leave reviews however this place needs to know about their service . Hopefully they will improve . They always get my order wrong. No matter how specific I am . I even ask the lady who takes my order to repeat my order back to me and it still comes out wrong. To top it all off today I ordered a Belgian waffle and it was a complete soggy mess! I could've made it better at home. It was so soggy I could not even eat it . They did not put holes in the container to allow some of the steam to air out . Therefore all the steam made my waffle completely soggy! To top that off I asked for my turkey bacon to be well done and of course it's not . It's the complete opposite! Very upset with this place .
