The young lady messed up my order and when asked to make it over she sent the manager with my remade order who then asked me to pay again, even though it was the workers mistake. If I known that I would’ve just kept the order she gave me but she said she would make it over so I threw the other one away. The workers were rude and thought it was funny because I ask them to explain how it made sense to remake my order and then charge me like I ordered something new. She explained she couldn’t give the product away but had to throw it away anyway because it was already made and I wasn’t going to pay again. Good Customer Service would have just took the lost and explain things better for next time because my family goes to this stand 5 times a week. Never again. I literally asked if they can make them. The young lady went to ask her manager if it would be ok to make some more and the manager said no. So I bluntly asked the young lady...so its not that u don't have any in the store. your manager just don't feel like making any correct...the young lady said "your right". Smh. I was really upset. I went to another ritas..and they didn't have any made, but the employee asked if I wanted to wait for her to make some more. A couple of days ago I went & asked for two quarts of water ice & a gelati.I didn’t realize the sale 3 for 20 bucks so I asked for the third one & could he adjust the price . He said no but he can give me a discount on the third .
