China Panda — Local services in Philadelphia

I've thought their food was good but tonight changed my mind because of how they operate. I order from them sometimes mainly for delivery give 5 dollar tip plus and the food is right. Today I decided to pick my food up and found out when I got home the order was wrong , one item large shrimp fried rice and they gave me a large pork fried rice. I don't mine the pork so much but my wife not so and especially not what I ordered in the first place. So I get there he apologize , ok are you going to throw that away because I'll take it along with my correct order. He took it and so I can not give you free food. Really dude you going to give it to another customer not know what I could have did to it ( not that kinda person) but people crazy out here. All them 5 dollar plus delivery tips don't mean nothing . Twice I've ordered from this place and both times I specified that I didnt want onions, when i order food i dont want to waste half my time fishing out onions. I've ordered on the phone and face to face and the second time she read the order back to me saying no onions and I even specified again yet I get home looking forward it and yet again I spend 20 mins picking out the finest onions anyone has ever seen, then my food gets cold ...I put the stove on and have to re-cook it myself. I can make better low mein than this and that is exactly what I'm going to do than waste my time eating...

This Chinese restaurant has the worst costumer service ever ! Everyone has a really bad attitude ! Call in for delivery, ask for the same food as always and from 35$ went up to 45$ !
