Sean Thornton's Public House — Restaurant in Philadelphia

I moved to Port Richmond about six months ago and I have yet to find somewhere to satisfy me 100% That all changed tonight , I got the shrimp Alfredo entrée! It ended up being the most flavorful pasta dish I’ve had in a long time, thank God because I’ve been disappointed with every other place in the neighborhood. This is establishment is a poor member of our neighborhood. They are always saving parking spots with cones in an area that has so few spots already. No one else around here is saving spots except them and they act like they have a right to do it. They park their cars on the sidewalks almost every night. I have seen old ladies walk in the street to get by. It is Truly unsafe and frustrating to have Sean Thorntons here. A local business should improve a neighborhood, not degrade it. Based on the reviews this spot may have once been different. It's like a self-service, mostly-beer bar. They have a handful of liquors and some very basic mixers. No beer on draft. You have to get your own beer out of the fridge. We weren't offered a menu and didn't realize they had food until someone else's food came out. It was just kind of sad to see a bar in that state. It could be a lot more.
