Villagio Pizza — Restaurant in Philadelphia

We used to order from this place all the time when it was Bentoulis and when it became Villagio shortly after leaving behind the Bentoulis name, and it was always good.

But not now!!! We ordered tonight and the food was so bad that we threw away over 3/4 of it!!! We got a small white pizza with broccoli that was undercooked. Onion rings that were all grease, fries that were soggy and no flavor, and the worst buffalo chicken fingers on the planet!!! They used to have the best wing sauce around, but now they use some bright orange wing sauce that has zero flavor.

The saving grace was the girl who took our order, she was so nice, and they’re lucky to have her!!!

But we will never order from this place again! We look at this way, we spent $45 to learn never to order...

So far since it changed to Villagio (old owner) I've ordered twice first time it was a pick up and second time a delivery, both time no problem quick order quick delivery. And the taste is great I just wish they would do the garlic crust on the pizza like before.

Update from this review. Pizza is been gibe but my son is autistic and he only eat certaing things, i found he liked the onions rings feom this place. But lately the last two orders they were ridiculous, i would like to upload a picture to show you how bad they sold us the onios rings, BURNT AND BROKEN, ONIOS WERE OUTSIDE THE BATTER AND THE BATTER WAS FRIED INTO PIECES. I noticed after getting feom feom pick up order and my husband didn't feel like driving back. But I do have pictures...

Haven’t tried everything so I’ll tell you what was good and bad. Cheesesteak was bad decent but the chicken cheesesteak was horrendous it was like the chicken was placed in a blender and ask for mayo and it was like a chicken salad not cheesesteak. Worst chicken cheesesteak in Philadelphia fix that asap that was some nasty work. Burgers are great, wings are good and mozzarella sticks are the typical cheap tasteless beer batter crap you find at gas station or corner store. Please teach someone there who to make a real...
