Richmond Library — Attraction in Philadelphia

I went in here for quick access to a computer to fill out onboarding paperwork for a job after my laptop decided to go on the fritz. To be honest, I wasn't in a great mood. But then the librarian introduced me to the wonderful honeybee hives they keep and it was really cool. It reminded me that libraries are treasures that need to be protected at all costs.

No computer? They got you. Need a tablet? They also got you. Need some home internet? Borrow a hotspot! ¿No puedes hablar inglés muy bien? ¡La biblioteca tiene clases de inglés como segundo idioma! Need a baby gate? They got that too.

There's so many more features that I don't even know about that they have, but if you're having a hard time with something, they probably got a solution in there somewhere. Definitely coming back to...

This library is awesome and so safe. I love going there and being in the community feels so welcoming and pleasing. There are many nice workers and people to talk to. There are many updated computers at fast speed for research ad having fun. There are always activities for people planned by the staff. There are puppet shows, painting, pinch pot making, and more. Many items do not show up stolen and items can be found in the lost and found. There are also two sections. One is for ids and the other is for people studying, people on their laptop, or adults. That way children can have fun and people can study in a quiet, children free environment, and the children will be safe under the staff's supervision. This Library is the best one that i...

Quite noisy for a library. Lots of screaming children and no one tells them "it's a library, quiet please". And if it isn't screaming children, it's adults with their laptops at full volume. I'm not exaggerating when I say it's the loudest library I've ever been...
