Stacy's Pizza — Restaurant in Philadelphia

The service was pretty good and the food has never dissapointed, I would recommend to a friend or family member :)

EDIT: (one month later) I ordered a veggie pizza and a chicken parmesan with the spaghetti, the food was very nice, the sauce chicken parmesan could've had more sauce and cheese on it but otherwise the food was satisfactory. However, when I first ordered it the first on the phone took my order, first said the address and I said yes, took my order after I said it was for delivery. This is my second time ordering from this place by delivery because before I would just go and order in person but sometimes I'll do delivery as I have very recently started doing, there's some background for you. Now for tonight that this happened I was not asked for any of my card information by the girl that took my order, so I assumed that my information must've already been in the system since she hadn't asked for anything, much later however I get a call, from the first one I assume was the guy that delivered, but I didn't know the number off the bat, at least that's what I'm assuming I have no idea, but I do have Stacy's saved in my phone so when I saw the name I obviously knew who it was, I picked up and got the call about the order and the girl said it was still open, that confused me because I was under the impression that it had been paid for, and when she asked if I ordered off of GrubHub I was like "Uhh no." like what is this call for I'm confused? Then she said it was still open and I was confused, like why would it be open if as I am assuming my information must've still be in the system? But it turns out it was not, I asked if she wanted the card number she said yeah, I gave her the card number and my stuff was paid for, but after that I was like "If you needed my card number still then why didn't you ask for it???", they probably think I tried scamming them out of their money now and for me personally that down not sit well with me. The very first time I ordered from them by delivery was when I ordered my Fettuccine Chicken Alfredo and a Greek Pizza, idk why I didn't call about it that I will never understand why myself my brain probably wasn't thinking, but I got a pizza with cheese and promises instead of Greek, at first glance I was like "Uuuhhh...is this how Greek Pizza looks....???" I took a bite of it and it didn't have any of the things that were supposed to be on a Greek pizza and I guess I just forgot about calling about it later that night since I was more into other things I had to get to, the one part of the order was correct though and though both didn't taste bad that wasn't the issue, the pizza apart of it was wrong. So so far I have had issues with delivery, the first one part of the order being completely wrong, and the second I apparently didn't pay for my food when I assumed that I had and that since the girl didn't ask anything my information must've been in the system already when in fact it wasn't, I'm not sure if I wanna order by delivery again from this place, I think I'll just stick with in...

Yup, great Pizza (review is only pizza) we get the Veggi (no spinach) it’s packed and really flavorful. They use a conveyer belt to cook pizza (no ovens). A regular pie no toppings cooks perfectly BUT a loaded pie really needs another 2 minutes.

We always tell them not to cut it. We have our Pizza Stone already on in our oven at home set to 425. We cook it a bit more, it gets the crust cooked and as the underside should be. Firm with a little crunch - awesome

The pie is done but the crust has no strength to hold the pizza. It just flops and is def just a bit under cooked. Stacys is our go to spot for the Veggie large pie - and the flavor is 5 star but you def (for us) gotta cook it just a bit more.

If you don’t want the work (we find it fun and tasty fresh hot right out of our oven) then just ask them (when getting any loaded pie) to cook it just a bit more then normal. I’ve seen them use the pie spatula to just push it back in the conveyer about 2 feet and that gives it that little extra time it needs, 2 thumbs-up.

Oh, and it’s a very busy, fast paced counter; the girls running the show, lacking any finesse and/or professionally trained skills, just get your stuff take your money and you’re out of there.

Don’t expect a warm and rosey so glad you chose us greeting. More like,” ya, whadt -a-you want?” Here’s the price pay me. They’re not shy about letting their face and tone express annoyance if you bug them. We are regulars and I or my wife will still get a “what’s your problem” look and tone when we tell them don’t cut it.

We tell them on the phone but always get there early so we can see our pizza come out and they’re always ready to cut it and we have to stop them. Maybe I should only give them 4 stars.

But I’m reviewing the Pizza not the ambience of which there is none ;0)

ok 5 star pizza, 2 star service. UPDATE MAY/06/21 It seems others have complained about the tacky counter help - they’ve all been replaced. New counter help us polite and accommodating 2...

Nothing! Disgusted by food custumer service and dirtiness i called to pmaxe an order and the girl who answered whom btw had no manners nor was i able to understand her first hubg up because sge didnt know if they delivered to cityline ave witch mind you its a five mn drive as soon as u make a left off haverford ave so i called back my mistake well she took my order with an attitude the whole 20 mn it took her to take an order for a cheese steak and fries. Well this happened today thursday at 3:21 pm my food arrived at 4:47 cold and half way through my soggy steak i find a hair well needless to say i called and asked to speak to the owner who they allways refuse to put on the phone because hes supposed to be back at 7 was her first excuse so i asked to speak to the person in charge she said that would be her so i said ill try back well the 3rd time i ccalled a man named adam answered said the owner wouldnt be back for a week and how can he help me i began to tell him what happened nd he apoligized and saud hed send me another cheesesteak that i said i didnt want well after he convinced me to give thwm another chance i said ok so he said id have to pay for the delivery charge i agreed because its not tbe drivers fault anyway it now 5pm when we got off the phone at 630 i called back to see why it still hasnt arrived well the same girl answers and says the owner came in and said he wasnt sending me another steak at this point im so furious how could this pplace get away with treati g people so wrong this is by far the worst expierence ive ever had i read tbe previous reviews on this place and all are so similar i would never ever recomand this place to anyone nour will i ever order from there again but this is not it i plan on having the health department involved please be very veey careful if u order from here i wouldnt ve surprised if tgus place gsts shut down the worst place to eat...
