Teddys Pizza — Restaurant in Philadelphia

I always order a fish sandwich with extra tartar from this place but this time the young lady said they would have to charge me for the extra tartar which was okay but because I asked her why since I've been ordering fish with the extra tartar all this time that no one ever said it was more money I guess she thought I was trying to be smart and when my food was done she went and put the final things that went on the sandwich I was wondering why the one man came from back there and looked at me then the other man came out and looked at me, It wasn't until I left and drove away then pulled over to eat that I realized that the extra tartar she put on my Sandwich felt like the whole jar then when I did get to the fish it was very hard I have never experienced anything like that before I work hard for my money and I come very far to get my fish sandwich or sometimes fish hoagie, Because of the Cashier if I can't see how you are making my food I'll keep my money in my pocket. Wanted to order pizzas for the Eagles game on Sunday night so I called to place my order. The phone rang it seemed forever and still no answer humm something is wrong so I walked to the store. Man it was pitch black at the store Teddy's and the whole block had no electric power. A young woman was standing in the door of Teddy's. She explained to me that they was waiting for the power to come back on. ( this was about 8:15 p.m.) So we chatted for a while she told me that it went out about 7:00 I told her to have Faith it will be back on about 9:00 then I went back home. At 8:45 I tried calling Teddy's again and I got through and the young woman I was talking to earlier answered the phone. I asked her what her name was she said Brittany. Talk about great customer service not only did she take my order but had it delivered in a timely manner. And the food was so good nice and hot. Brittany is a great asset to Teddy's she was very thoughtful in explaining the situation with the electric because of her kindness I WILL CONTINUE TO ORDER...

I loved Teddy's up until now. One of the workers there, I'm not sure of her name but she is on the shorter side, with black hair, she's hispanic, and I went to go pick my food up, and she was texting. so I waited at the counter, and then she put down her phone after 5 minutes of texting while I was standing there waiting (RUDE!) she then said "how can I help you" I said, "I'm here to pick up the pizza and salad" but before I could finish she cut me off and said in a very aggressive tone "What's the name???" and I told her the name. And she told me the total and snatched the money from me and gave me a ripped up dollar back and didn't even say "have a good day" she was very rude and she has terrible customer service skills

AND TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE

I FOUND A LONG HAIR IN MY FOOD THAT WAS BLACK!

And she was the ONLY one on duty that had BLACK HAIR AND THAT WAS LONG!

I will NEVER be ordering from here again, ghetto area, she sucked at her job, and the food sucked.

Teddy's I suggest you fire...
