If it wasn't for the four people that are there that I deal with I would have left them immediately the customer relationship with the first girl that I had was absolutely horrendous thank God many and mighta and the payroll department have been amazing. My only complaint is the woman I had prior to I forget her name she was absolutely horrendous I wouldn't recommend having her as anybody's person, I enjoyed when Lenny came to my home course she came out she was great wonderful I referred a few other people and they also loved Lenny, keep her she's a good asset. good egg she's a good worker she's loyal she explains everything she's patient she responds Mida is awesome also couldn't ask for a better coordinator my cousin and I feel truly blessed. I felt very comfortable right away with Lenny and Mida quite frankly if it was not for them we would have left the company honestly. . I don't know how recognition gets showed at the company but they should clearly get recognition for their dedication and relationships that they have with their clients job well done thank you ladies. This is by far the most loving professional place ever. I've been an aide since they've opened their doors and have never had any thoughts of going anywhere else. Becky was the first to greet me and since day one has been an angel. She's always been able to rectify any situation that I've had. Sandra has also been an amazing help when ever I reach out for anything. Pure angels and I love them. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.

Ms. Concepcion is nothing more than an angel in disguise! Finding her thru Open Arms has taken a great weight off my shoulders after quickly having to take my Father in while recuperating from 2 Hospital stays in October. Her professionalism is top notch but her bedside manner is above & beyond what you typically see these days. Becky explains everything in detail, has the patience when you ask tons of questions and never ever has nothing more than an upbeat & loving tone to her voice.
