Tommy's Place — Restaurant in Philadelphia

First, I never write reviews. I ordered from here on my way to work of which I cant leave once I'm there and this is usually my main/only meal for the day. Almost every single time theres been an issue with my order. I even paid to have them make my order again on an occasion. Today I ordered a simple over easy egg and hot sausage and this is the sausage I was given. Its boiled and touched on the grill to give it a scorch mark. I called to give my feedback and maybe pay to order another sausage and she spent the whole time talking over me about how I'm always complaining, that they dont offer refunds, and that I dont have to order there. When she offered that sometimes it's the product they ordered I was ok with the explanation and would have moved on from there until she went on her tirade like the customer paying is supposed to just be happy with whatever they recieve. I repeat, I HAVE NO PROBLEM PAYING FOR MY FOOD TO BE THE WAY I LIKE IT. The end result was me hanging up on her mid word and leaving this review. As a business owner, I know you dont have to serve everyone. But the unprofessionalism is unreal when the problem is you. And looking at the reviews, it's not just me. (And yes, that's WATER from the boiled sausage that is the texture of mush)

In reply to the owner comment, I don't know if they have different cooks, I've seen an older man and woman, but this most certainly came from the restaurant, I have no reason to post on a random small business. The young lady I would assume is the daughter is the person mentioned in this comment from the register/ phone....

I called today and asked if I can order teas and one bagel with light butter. The Asian lady that works there rudely asked "that's it," if like that wasn't enough to order. I was getting it for someone who was not feeling well. So once I got there and grabbed my food, I went to give it to the person I was bringing it to and come to find out the bagel was SOAKED IN BUTTER. I specifically told this lady twice on the phone that it needed to be light butter or butter on the side. Very...

First off place is clean, I give them that. Went there with a friend of mines in the morning. Always wanted to try this place cause it was low key, and hidden alil. I like places like that. But to make a long story short, I ordered home fries with my breakfast. They gave me tater tots. Some type of small potatoes you see in the pics of they site. Where the real food at. Smh. They need to upgrade on there food. Cause for what I spent, I could of made this home...
