Tony's Palace Pizza — Restaurant in Philadelphia

Tonight I called and asked if they had any two pizza specials … The man was kind and told me they have a two large pizza special for 19.99 . I ordered it… I like the pizza (their crust is amazing and they give you perfect amount of cheese and sauce ) The weather outside is pretty bad from last nights snow storm so imma cut them a break for the pizza being cold even tho it’s less then a mile away. When ordering I told the man I was new to the area and asked for a menu so I can order again.. As I’m looking through the menu I see the two pizza special and it was supposed to come with a free two liter which I didn’t receive and they didn’t even offer… I will be ordering again and possibly doing one of my food reviews ( I’m a food blogger ) on this place because I see a lot of negative comments and I like the food so I think it might give them more business and better reviews if I blog...

Ordered a chicken Stromboli, delivery. Got a call the delivery person was outside but he wasn’t so we waited about 15 minutes and called the store…they gave the driver the wrong address. She thought my husband said 1854 when it’s 1354. It took an extra 45 minutes for the driver to arrive after calling 3 more times. We get the food and they gave us a steak Stromboli. It looked good and fresh but my husband doesn’t eat beef or pork so it was no mistake on our part what we ordered. My husband calls back again and she tried to say he ordered steak…Not!! They send us what supposed to be a chicken Stromboli, but it was full of cheese, sauce and very little meat and the top was a second from being burnt. We tasted it and it was horrible had my stomach hurting. The cheese had a funny taste....

I compare this please to seven of the menus and made this choice and was disappointed I ordered a pepperoni pizza which should have been breadsticks just bread rubbery cheese and no tomato sauce I really would like to enjoy the sauce with my pizza but was not giving that option I also ordered a meatball sandwich the meatballs with small pieces of ground meat smothered and rubbery cheese with little to no tomato sauce at all the sandwich was soggy and biting into the meatballs they were not fully cooked disappointed in this place it will never order from here again. They'll get one star because it did arrive hot and that was the only good thing about the order I also ordered a milkshake which should have been called milk almost...
