Tranzilli Real Italian Water — Restaurant in Philadelphia

New Review: So, I have tried Tranzilli,'s 2 more times after the 1st review, so, I'm going to give a new rating. I got my favorite Mango 🥭 and it was good each time. Also, the pretzels were very good and I love that they heat them up. Maybe on my 1st review a glitch happened and something was off. For this current rating, I give 4☀️☀️☀️☀️. Water ice was delicious and I enjoyed. Customer service was really good with friendly staff, which is so appreciated in this day and age of the world. I only tried Mango the last 2 visits. Next time I will give other flavors a try. I grew up enjoying water ice from this establishment and living in the neighborhood, just around the corner. I moved away and I come back for visits. I have at least 50 years or more invested in knowing the water ice taste sensations...which is thee utmost favorite summer treat.

Old review: Not like old fashioned water ice. I was disappointed. The taste was like a cheap grocery store flavored water ice. Bad after taste. If you never had good water ice, you would think it is good at this place. No, never again. I grew up in Philly walking to this stand as a little girl. During a pandemic the fact I see some of you bashing the workers at this establishment is astonishing. I apologized yesterday for some of the ways I saw customers attitudes towards workers. Coming up to the window with no mask on and have the nerve to bash a worker about the wait. I’ve been coming to Tranzillis for years! And never once had a bad experience. The workers are quick and swift with orders. The young man told me it’s the quart orders that take long. Wait your turn if it’s 10 people in line what do you expect for everyone to be done quick and easy. I would hate to put up with some of the attitudes I see people display to these young people. Y’all so quick to bash them! Try being in there...

The customer service was slow due to staff conversation as it there was no one was standing in line for long periods of time. When I asked for a carrier tray the young lady working the pretzels & taking the money asked me if I was walking or driving to determine if I really needed it. No quarts were available...maybe they were out of quart cups?? Don't get me wrong, I only do Tranzilli's water ice and nobody else but there service needs to be tightened up!! The youngsters need to pick up their game!! I won't have water ice if this level of...
