GameStop — Local services in Philadelphia

Ugh. Went to buy Gta5. The case said it was $16.99 so I go to go pay for it and the lady tells me she can't give me $10 off on it. She said they didnt change the tag on it yet and that it's no longer on sale. Meanwhile the other girl defensively says they have price changes Wednesday and Sunday as if that is common knowledge and as if that explains why the game still had the wrong price on it. Because it was Friday. And they weren't doing anything behind the counter. They acted like I was trying to get a discount on something that already was discounted. I always have some kind of problem at gamestop, no matter what city I'm in. But gamestop is trash in general. Literal leeches of video gaming...

Really shady and misleading business practices here.

I bought a PS5 bundle and manager said I could come back the next day to return whatever I didn't want from the bundle for store credit. I know you usually can't return individual items from a bundle so I made sure I asked her four times and she said yes each time. The next day I came back to just return one game from the bundle and she straight up lied and said she never told me that. She then said I had to open it and trade it in and get a fraction of the value. Huge disappointment from a usually...

Great place. I love the people here they always have something great. If you go to Gamestop often i suggest you get yourself a legendary Gamestop card it will save you a ton of money when you go buying games and items.
