Imperial Plaza — Local services in Philadelphia

The owner is horrible. The place is extremely nasty. I used to work there. Customer deficate in the bathroom sink there is mice and roaches in the store through out. Cooks are extremely nasty the mix pork with Turkey products. They recycle food to other customers. When some thing is sent back they either send it to another customer or pick it apart and reuse the ingredients for the same and or different customers food. Its nasty as hell trash picked up everywhere food is made and served. They have picked up food off the ground and served to the guest in the regular. The owner is a coward and only care about the money from guest instead of their experience. They try to hand out free entree cards to guest who dont have a good experience so where they dont go to corporate with their complaint. Well news flash I'm going to corporate. L&I needs to shut this place down permanently. And I'm going to do everything in my power to make it happen. They just failed inspection with a 5% in the inspection scale. That's bad I was there that day off the clock the place was horrible. Food didnt make temperatures which means they could get the customer sick from food poisoning yet the company is still open. This place is extremely horrible....

This plaza could use some love. They have cops in front of Ross now so that does make a difference. Before people would just walk in and out with stolen goods like it was nothing. The new discount store looks just like Ross so idk why we needed another of those in the same plaza. They need new food options. The lot itself is weird. People pull in there to clean their cars or other random things. A lot of creepy men or creepy cars drive around the lot to watch women. I've been followed from this exact spot now that I'm looking back. I guess a lot of crime happens here because there's a bullet lodged in the curb with numbers like it was evidence from an investigation. Idk it's the neighborhood...

We have been to Imperial plaza numerous times visiting our local Social Security office. First the positives are it's cleanliness and size it's huge with a lot to offer. However my father whom not much in my life have I experienced complains everytime we visit how the parking lot is like a bumper car lot or crash DERBY not only is it difficult to get into off aramingo ave with Ontagrio's light right there but once in the lot it seems to facilitate the opportunity to fly around and sneak out from unmarked lanes. Don't know how it could be fixed but should be observed for ones self. Good providing options just dangerous to...
