I went to this place on my way home. When I tell you I made a huge mistake, I really did! I walked in —went straight to an empty service counter. After a few minutes, a young worker (who was sitting at one of the customer tables) walked behind the counter and she went straight to the kitchen area. Though there was a growing crowd, this young lady failed to greet and take orders right away. Finally, she comes over to the counter and takes a few orders before disappearing again. If I would have paid attention to the prelude of my visit, I would have left. However, I decided to be optimistic and wait it out. Well, my wait turned into one hour. I noticed several people (who ordered after me) getting their orders before me. So, I asked to see the young lady again. Her customer service skills were on preschool level. All she could do was lie about my place in line, reiterate how backed up they are, and apologize like a goofy preteen. I was there for over one hour and left without dinner. My apple watch was accurate in regards to the searing amount of time I wasted. Nonetheless, I received a refund—and was quickly reminded that my money would return within 5-10 business days. Imagine that!
Listen, I wasn’t the only one frustrated. There were dozens who simply complained to others around them or to their family members by phone. I really felt bad for those who were picking up delivery orders. The wait was absolutely extreme. I had no idea my night would end like this—but it did. This place took away a mood that pointed to a calm Sunday evening meal —along with completing a Netflix series. However, I came home and got a bowl of cereal and planned for beg. If you want to ruin your plans or mess up your group dinner plans, go here!
My advice: Don’t even try! Go to the next Wings’ spot. You will wait most of your eating and chill time in the store. There’s absolutely no organization, management, empathy, etc. It’s horrible. Trust me, you’ll be very frustrated if you go to this location for food. Yes, they are new to the area. -But professionalism and strategy are mandates from the very beginning for any business.
This was a hot mess! Sorry, this wings’ spot ain’t flying. -They are crawling!
And by the way, Management needs to remind workers to wash their hands in between conquering a variety of duties that don’t include food handling.
I give them a F-.

They consistently get my order wrong. Yesterday, I ordered a 20-piece with blazing BBQ sauce and received a completely different flavor. I also ordered two large drinks and was given two mediums. When I pointed out the drink issue, they rudely just swapped the cups without even acknowledging the mistake. I didn't realize the flavor was wrong until I got home, which was incredibly disappointing. This isn't the first time they've messed up my order, but it will definitely be the last. The person taking my order was super friendly and helped me navigate the menu, especially with the new flavors I wanted to try. My wings came out hot and fresh, and the order was ready exactly when they said it would be. I even had a special request for extra sauce on the side, which they nailed!
The atmosphere was really chill, and the staff seemed to genuinely care about getting my order right. A couple of the team members even checked in to make sure everything was good, which I thought was a nice touch.
