Bear with me because this is a long review but it is well deserved! Mainline hosted my wedding on 8/23/25. Let me start by saying that the owner Bill saved my wedding. We had already picked another venue in February and they just stopped responding to us so we had to go looking for another one in October. We had a very meager budget and we knew that finding a venue in NJ within that budget would be an almost impossible feat. But Bill worked with us and gave us everything we could have ever asked for and more. Dani, their general manager who joined after we booked, was AMAZING. She was on top of the event the whole night, both Bill and Dani checked in with us through the entire wedding, making sure we had eaten or that we always had a drink on hand. The pavilion was beautiful, the food was incredible, the staff was amazing, the entire thing was flawless. As a bride, I cannot imagine having a better experience, there is no other venue in this entire state that I would have trusted more than Mainline. I will continue to sing their praises from the rooftops because they deserve it. They worked seamlessly with all of my vendors. If you are looking for a place to host your wedding, or any other important event for that matter, choose mainline. They will not disappoint you. I will be forever grateful for the hard work and support that Dani and Bill put into our wedding and I will definitely be returning for whatever other events I have in the future because they are just that fantastic. Thank you so much Mainline, for giving us the wedding of...
Read moreToday we had the worst experience with Mainline Catering & Events! The food was absolutely bland, we were there for 30 min. Food barely ate cuz it literally did not taste good. We decided to just ask for the check so we can go. Now my mom is not a complainer and she was treating for lunch. They waitress asked how everything was and my mom said horrible lol. I said we weren’t a fan and you can see by our plates. She took the check and card. Literally took 10 min (because they were all having a powow discussing us) to bring it back our $192. They filled in our “tip” and “total” lines. Now this was a buffet style. We had a pitcher of soda for the table so we didn’t ask for refills. She didn’t take plates because we were there barely 30 min. We literally had ONE plate and never finished. And a couple strawberries with chocolate for dessert. We weren’t looking for a discount but to charge $40 for a tip after we just weren’t happy nor ate is outrageous to me. And who I spoke to on the way out was rude because he said any restaurant charges gratuity into parties of 6 or more. (That also was not put anywhere to know about gratuity) Not buffet style and definitely have never had it WROTE in for me. I’m disgusted with the mishandling of this situation. And I normally tip well being I am in the service industry 0/10 would...
Read moreMy friends and I attended the Ladies Night and Floral workshop on April 24th. We were greeted by the host, Victoria, who was quite professional yet very personable. We were made to feel welcomed and relaxed. She offered us a wine tasting as well as some nice appetizers. The food was very good - they served Swedish meatballs, cute charcuterie champagne glasses, veggies and dip, and an assortment of local pastries that were really good! We had a great time learning how to make a floral arrangement by Simply Stems Floral Arrangement. Everyone was so friendly and made us all feel very comfortable! The new owners were there and showed us the renovations they have recently done and told us about the history of the place. I wish them much success and look forward to more events...
