In an odd turn of events it's cleaner, better cared for, and better laid out that most of the parks on the other side of the Delaware. Now I was only there the one time, but I'm constsntly struck by the strewn trash in Lehigh Valley parks. And to walk into a park in a supposedly "bad" place like Phillipsburg and see a rather clean park is crazy.
It's also in the neighborhood it serves and is used by the community and has plenty of space to do almost everything.
