Went here with some family to catch live music on a beautiful day. The wait for food was 35 minutes but otherwise the service was terrible. I’m confused as to whether there was a server assistant for our table. We sat on the patio and ordered some alcoholic drinks which came immediately. They were canned drinks and the trash remained on our table until we requested it be taken. We were never given silverware or share plates and after asking 3 people we finally received some but by then our food was cold. We spoke with the manager who was very kind and apologized for the delay in food. I told him that’s wasn’t our main issue, it was the service or lack of. He was very polite and gave my mom a free mimosa and comped our bill. I’m not here for the comps though. If we try again I surely hope the service is better. Now, my wife had eaten there fairly often, and usually meeting an associate, who lives at the Biltmore, for breakfast meetngs. Read moreI’ve been to Adobe Bar and Grill for my third and last time. It’s never been that good, but it was convenient for me to grab some breakfast after a long bike ride. This visit was the worst. The team at the café counter were friendly enough, but very untrained. Ordered a beer and a breakfast burrito. The burrito was cold and when they remade it, they burnt it. I said no problem just give me my money back and I’ll be on my way. 12 minutes later the manager appeared and reversed the transaction, not even apologizing or offering to comp my meal and have me stay.
