BoSa Donuts — Restaurant in Phoenix

This morning we went to get coffee and breakfast sandwiches. They crammed all 4 of the bagel breakfast sandwiches into one of those small white sandwich bags. As we went to leave the bag ripped and two of our sandwiches topped out on the floor. We didn’t even make it out of the store. We explained that their bag ripped and they went to get the manager. The manager came out looked at the food on the floor and proceeded to tell us we dropped the food being clumsy. She had to be told to even check her security cameras and she would see the bag was over stuffed, ripped, and in no way did we just drop the food. She actually went in the back after arguing this, and came back out to say, “I see the bag did rip, we will remake the food just this once.” We weren’t even asking that she make it all over. Just remake the 2 sandwiches that fell on the floor out of the 4 we had ordered. That’s completely unacceptable to even have to go through all this when this was a bag and packing issue of the store. What are horrible disappointment, when we first saw the sign Bosa Donuts coming to Laveen were so excited only to be let down... my daughter ordered a banana nut muffin in the morning when they first opened and she told me it was dry and hard. I tried them out myself this morning just a few minutes ago I got a blueberry muffin the blueberries look like raisins and the muffin was hard and cold I came back through the drive-thru and asked the lady for a fresh muffin if they have anything fresher she took the muffin came back a few minutes later with a hot muffin she probably put it in the microwave it looked just as undesirable just hot I took it home and put butter on it to make it a little better I won't be coming back. I was in town from out of state and had a sweet tooth craving one night. Donuts aren't my thing but that's what we were recommended from a local. Let me tell you these donuts by far were super delicious and nothing to what we have ever tried before. Our purchase was simple - a glazed donut, apple fritter, sugar donut and watermelon smoothie. Despite it being 7p the donuts we're fresh, soft, good flavor/taste, and not over bearingly sweet. The watermelon smoothie had a good flavor and was tasty. We had such a pleasant experience with the 2 young ladies behind the counter - Mercedes and Jordan. They were super friendly, engaging, courteous, helpful, patient and their customer service skills were superb. I wish we had a donut store like this in California. Bosa donuts will be definitely something to bring back home each...
