I drove here from south Tempe because I saw they had a non dairy coffee chocolate chip flavor! And it’s awesome! Bruster’s non dairy ice cream is so flavorful and there’s so many options, especially at this location. Chelsey helped me today, not only is she super helpful with her coworkers, but she’s great at leading them through any hardships they might be having. She was so nice to me and really solidified me coming back!

First time at Bruster's Real Ice Cream. The service was great. We were greeted when we entered and offered a taste of anything we wanted. We got 2 scoops in a waffle bowl. Very good! Rich and creamy. Lots of candy in the Reese's peanut butter cup!

Best ice cream I’ve ever had! They offer variety of flavors and daily free. Their flavors weren’t overly sweet which I really liked. Dubai chocolate is the best! Highly recommended.

First time at Bruster's Real Ice Cream. The service was great. We were greeted when we entered and offered a taste of anything we wanted. We got 2 scoops in a waffle bowl. Very good! Rich and creamy. Lots of candy in the Reese's peanut butter cup!

While the people here were very nice and the place clean and welcoming, the ice cream I had was horrible. I came in to get a chocolate shake - made with REAL chocolate ice cream and not vanilla ice cream with chocolate syrup added. I was SO disappointed. Honestly, I had a more chocolatey shake when I ordered a VANILLA shake a McDonald's! There was absolutely no flavor, not even a hint of chocolate in their chocolate ice cream. It was bland, and I couldn't even fake my brain into thinking there was anything chocolate about my shake at all. I talked about this with the nice girl who served me, and we then tasted the double chocolate brownie flavor to compare. All I tasted there was the brownie - still not a whiff of chocolate in the so-called chocolate base. So, if you are a deep, rich chocolate ice cream lover, please do not come here. I would send you to ColdStone or another company who knows how to do it right. It is a shame because I really liked the place and the people, but if the product is not up to par, it's not...

Best ice cream I've had since I was a kid! Funny had driven by Bruster's and never realized was I was missing. Home made ice cream. I had the mixed berry cheesecake with Graham crackers crust mixed it! Plus the Raspberry swirl! Heaven in a cup. The hot fudge Sunday was tasty too. Our basset hound Indy loved his pup cup!

The staff was super nice and friendly. We used the drive thru. They do have a walk up window, inside and online ordering too.

My husband and I went last night. We had the friendliest experience with Olivia. Pumpkin pie ice cream was amazing (light and not overly sweet). You can tell they use fresh real ingredients, no chemical after taste. I love all the choices, made it hard to decide but I had the chunky chocolate cherry and pistachio. Yum. My hubby got a sundae with hot fudge. So delicious. We will be back over and over. I only wish they had more...
