Burger King — Restaurant in Phoenix

This location lacks decent customer service skills. They would not honor my coupon code for any size iced coffee for one dollar. They tried entering it several times then said this location doesn't take that coupon so I got the coffees anyway and I paid full price. I ordered these through the drive through. After I drove off and took a sip I realized its bland no flavor they did not put the hersheys sauce in it. That is what makes the whole drink. So I went back and went inside this time to ask for a cup of the hersheys sauce so I can put it in myself. The lady acted like she didn't even know why I wanted it at first when she's the one who made the drinks wrong in the first place. They acted like I was such an inconvenience to them. All I wanted was a product I paid for its not like I was asking for free stuff. They were extremely rude and lack empathy for their mistakes. I work retail so I know how the general population can be but I was in no way shape or form rude to them to be treated like that. I will never ever go to this location again the employees are EXTREMELY RUDE....There is no reason I should have been treated the way I did just because I was asking for something I paid for that they made incorrectly. This location is TERRIBLE. I do not recommend wasting your money at this location. Save yourself the trouble of being treated poorly by the employees for their own mistakes. Go to a different location that actually treats customers...

All I know is that I was so excited to get the Impossible burger tonight and was so disappointed at the jump with the service. The woman at the register was completely uninterested and impersonal, to which I'm not used to, being in the service industry myself. We ordered 2 impossible burger meals, 1 whopper meal and 12 nuggets w/ sweet n sour. When we arrived at the window, gave her the money, she then named off the sizes of our drinks as she handed them to me (her demeanor, COLD), then handed me a VERY stuffed bag full of our food to which I quickly rummaged through to check if everything was there, but not wanting to hold up the 2 cars behind me, I proceeded to drive away assuming that what I had felt in the bag was the correct order. Barely pulling out the parking lot, reaching into my bag to cold fries, we headed home to open the bag that was missing our nuggets, had the wrong sauce we didn't ask for, and my impossible burger i was so excited to eat was cold and the bread seemed stale like it had been sitting in the warmer wrapped for awhile. I will not be going back to that specific BK, because I know I'll be craving it again...so...on the next and hopefully the customer service is much...

I'm about to be done with BK in general. I already stopped going to the one on 16th Ave and bell cause they always mess up my order. Today I went to the one on 19th Ave near deer valley. I ordered light ice in my iced coffee cause at almost $5, I'm not trying to pay for a cup of ice. The girl working filled the cup with ice and hands it to me. I told her I ordered light ice and what do you know... She put the same amount of ice in it. Then she gave me attitude when I said I asked for light ice. She said she gave me light ice so I told her that I watched her fill it up with ice again. So I'm at the point where I am done wasting my hard earned money for less than subpar food.

Update: 9/7/23 Says it's not busy yet I had to get pulled from the drive thru cause they said they're waiting on fries. Fries take less than 3 minutes to cook, so why am I still out here over 10 minutes later and no food yet. Apparently nobody knows anything about customer service or being fast. I may as well just go to the grocery store, shop, and cook myself a meal. It'll be fresher, cheaper and...
