Burger King — Restaurant in Phoenix

I hadn't been to this Burger King in a long time but decided to stop tonight.They didn't get my order right which is understandable because I had a big order, and normally it would be no big deal. What made me give them only 2 stars was the way they handled the problem. First off they never gave me a receipt so I had no way to prove what I ordered and paid for. Then the cashier that took my order tried to argue about what I ordered because she lost my receipt. Finally, they must've realized it was their mistake and gave me the right order. However, when the employee handed me my bag she just said "here" very rudely and didn't even apologize for their mistake and all the time I spent there trying to help them figure out the problem. I try and be understanding because I know fast food workers are overworked and underpaid, but I never lost my temper with her and definitely didn't deserve her attitude. This isn't the first time I've had problems at this Burger King...

Use to go all the time. Hot fries, sandwich was decent, and they didn't get it wrong. Now all of it had changed. Started awhile ago, fries are hard and old or just plain old. The burgers are a disaster. You open them up and the paper has to be peeled away like your opening an old piece of candy that had been sitting in the sun. The cheese is always liquefied (if it wasn't for the orange yellow coloring plastic material on your burger you wouldn't be certain you got any) and the burgers are almost like a small child taking art class for the first time was asked to stack it.

Very last time I ordered here I was eating it and caught myself thinking "Don't waste food. Eat your punishment for buying it." It was then I decided not to return.

Went there in the morning for a quick Scooby Snack! I'll have to say their double cheeseburgers are excellent and this is not the first time I've gone there several times because I know what to expect not to mention super super clean inside for me that's a big deal also the service is top-notch I've been to other Burger Kings like the one on 75th Avenue and Lower Buckeye terrible service terrible Foods as a matter of fact that's why they don't have any business anymore because Wendy's opened up across the street, bad news for Burger King if you know what I mean hahaha just saying but again going back to my original statement definitely will be returning again I highly recommend if you just need a quick Scooby Snack That Burger King 51st and Southern will...
