Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Phoenix

Me and 2 others went up here with our bicycle's, since we only live 1/2 mile away, and the lobby is locked up. There are about 5 people working there and its still locked up. So we ride back just to get our car and go the drive through and they are only serving 1 meal per car. We ask for the manager and they are not here. So we ask for his name, "Oh we can't give out names." Not even for the manger. So I ask for the manger's number, "Oh we don't know it." So we call the store number. I didn't hear a ring, "Oh our phone is broken." If it's not one thing it's another. After going around 3 times in the drive through (which took us about 45 mins to do) and went home and they still messed up our order. So we drove back up and they said we need a manger to be here because this is what you order (there receipt machine wasn't working). We tried to tell them but, no. So we ask what time will the manger be here. After the next day we took talked with the manger and then took it all the way up to corporate and they said that they will fix it. The manger told up to come back and she will give us a new order. The next day we drove up there and guess what. The lobby was locked, the guy can't give us our order, and everything else. Nothing was fixed. They can't do anything right. Nothing is working. They need to shut this place down. If I could leave a no star review I would. This...

I previously had given this location 4 stars and it used to be one of my favorite locations because they were efficient and somewhat fast and friendly, but recently the service has been terrible! I always order ahead on the app and the last couple of times I've had to wait a long time for my order. This time I waited almost 40 minutes for my food, which wasn't even a big order, and to make matters worse they had the restaurant door locked and I couldn't even go in to check on my order or ask them what was taking so long. I had to go back through the drive thru and wait in line all over again in order to get my food. Of course the food wasn't even hot and the customer service was horrible!! If I could've gotten a refund I would've and just left but when you order through the app a refund isn't an easy process. I don't know what happened to the management there but I'm never going back to that location again. Save yourself the hassle and go...

Tried getting some food for my kids Saturday night 6/1/24 they where extremely slow to acknowledge, on drive thru they had two cars ahead of me. Then wait a few minutes until it was my turn. We where next, no acknowledgement, out of nowhere someone said “hold a moment” after 4 minutes at the speaker, figured it would be fast shortly after the car in front of us went. Then we waited, and waited and waited 10 minutes figured they are short staffed and nothing, lights are on but no ones home. I asked hello can you help me out or close the restaurant at this point and no acknowledgement!

Good thing I was able to back out because my kids then got impatient! Luckily there’s more restaurants on baseline but that’s not the point if you’re open and right there on the way. Definitely shut down this location or fire the old staff, pay workable wage with new staff with...
