Fuimos Ayer y la señora no me miro en los ojos. Servicio horible! La Señora no tiene paciencia. Y no hay gente.

There was only a couple in a booth when my family and I entered. We browsed around and the lady not once made eye contact with us. Another family entered while we were in the middle of deciding our ice cream flavors and she said if you're not ready I will take their order. She starts to take their order a expects us to stand back.. they were indecisive as well so we just stood there. Very rude!! The daughter or Im not sure maybe she was another worker came in and didn't even greet us or start taking our order or try to help so we just left. The flavors for ice cream are not displayed on the glass so we have to walk all the way to the other side by the register. None in English for the non Spanish speakers. This is the 2nd time I try to support my local community and there is no hospitality. Ironically the other establishment I negatively reviewed is right next door. They need to sage both stores and take customer service...

Their selection is pretty small and a little pricey to me but they are all amazing! I have been here 5 times and have basically tried everything on the menu. All of it is good! There are some moments where I wish they added more chamoy, limon, nuts, etc. They definitely need to be less greedy with their Tosti Locos (the bag of chips in the 2nd pic) ! But all you have to do is speak up and I am sure they will be more than happy to add stuff, I just haven't yet. But yes, I definitely recommend!

Plus it's such a cute and cozy location. You can chill and hangout with family and friends inside. They do have the same song on repeat that can get annoying but it's not too bad.

Disappointing Drinks at 51st & Broadway La Carreta de Lily!

This is the third time we've visited the location at 51st Avenue and Broadway because it's convenient to our final destination. However, this recent visit was a letdown.

We ordered two drinks: a Jamaican drink and a vanilla shake. Unfortunately, the Jamaican drink was a major disappointment. It tasted old and stale, as if it had been sitting around for a long time. The vanilla shake, on the other hand, was thankfully enjoyable.

Considering the price of $15 for just two drinks, the quality was simply not worth it. We won't be returning for drinks in the future based on...
