I got to the speaker and I just heard laughing coming through. As my order was being taken, I would be answered by 2 distinct female voices, along with giggling. It irked me that they were just playing around but I decided to not mention anything to them, but I told my wife "They're not paying attention and they're going to get something wrong". I got to the window and sure enough there were two young ladies with the headphones on who I figured were the ones giggling. One of them repeated my order wrong and I corrected her. She shouted the fact that the order was wrong to someone in the back, who in turn shouted back that it was right and to look in the bag. She looked and said she had made the mistake but the ordered food was correctly in the bag. She told me I owed $11 and change. I handed her a $20 bill and a coupon for 2 free tacos. Since I had ordered a Jumbo Jack Meal and 4 tacos, the amount seemed off to me, so when she handed me the change back of $10.05, I knew she wasn't paying attention. I asked for my receipt, and it took 3 people going to several registers trying to find my order to re-print the receipt. They finally got it done, and I saw that after the discounted tacos, the amount I actually had owed was $7.37, yet I only got $10.05 back. I pointed this out to the other giggling lady there, who started to get an attitude once she saw I was getting upset. She took $2 out of the register and said "This is your change, sorry". I looked at her in disbelief, since I was missing some change from that as well, but all I wanted to do was get out of there, I was so upset. It wasn't so much the amount owed to me, but just the sheer lack of professionalism and blatant disrespect. I told her after all that, that I was also missing my soda, she gave it to me and we left. On top of all that we get home, and my wife opens her burger and the ingredients were ALL over the place, as if prepared by a toddler. No joke, that isn't because I'm upset, it really was all...
Read moreThe most horrible experience ever we waited 10 minutes and drive through with no answer now mind you this Jack in the box is open 24 hours a day. I go around front to get out of the car and I see three maybe two workers for sure now headsets on laughing and giggling doing their own thing. I'm off on the window nothing. I knocked using my wedding band so they can hear me and they left the one we're going to finally put the headset on takes our order and just laughs again with her partner. The order came up so fast so I know the fries were not made as the order was done so they were old. Then we had a mobile order for two shakes and a large fry it never went through they wanted to see our phones. I'm a government worker with a classification I cannot just hand anybody my phone I could have given them the order number she thought we were lying and said it would take 10 to 20 minutes I didn't have that time as it was late at night and I wanted to go home my family and go to sleep. I'm going to ask for her name she would not give it to me. When I asked for the manager she said there was none. I know there's always at least a team lead in the food industry. So we videoed everything I'm recorded it and will be calling corporate office and demanding an explanation because we asked the employee when she thought we were lying about our online order how does it feel not wearing your headset when you're supposed to be where you supposed to be doing your job and wearing your headset and taking orders there were four cars behind us waiting the entire time as well. I felt so sorry for them. I'll never go back to that Jack in the box again and everything in my power to get corporate to refund I demand the free meal from...

Arriving at 8:12 in the morning, I was greeted not by a cashier, but by a glowing self-service kiosk—a quiet symbol of the fast-food industry’s steady lean into automation. My order, a modest selection of four items totaling $15.58, was placed without interruption, and the process proved both intuitive and efficient.
The dining room struck a balance between tidiness and utility, with the floor and counters in good order. Yet, the details—those ever-telling details—revealed fingerprints across the windows and chairs, suggesting that while the broad strokes of cleanliness are maintained, the finer polish is still awaiting its moment of attention.
Service was admirably punctual. A Mocha Sweet Cream Iced Coffee arrived at 8:21 AM, cool and sweet, followed briskly at 8:23 AM by the remainder of my order. Such timing betrays a well-coordinated kitchen staff, moving with quiet precision behind the counter.
This location is not unfamiliar to me; on past visits, I’ve found a similar rhythm: efficiency, consistency, and a reassuring predictability. It is, in essence, a well-run outpost of the Jack in the Box chain. Still, if management were to extend its attentiveness from the obvious to the subtle—from sweeping and wiping to polishing and refining—the space could transcend functional efficiency and instead offer an experience that feels wholly complete.
Verdict: A fast, reliable stop with commendable efficiency—though a sharper eye for detail could elevate it from simply clean to...
