So I ordered on the app...and fyi...keep in mind this basically never happens cuz theyre usually on point...but after I ordered head up to Carl's and pull into the drive thru, and right away i notice a car pulled in behind me, bit I pull around when instructed too and pull to the window, and they had my food ready...and as i pull away i see another nother car pulling up behind the car that was behind me..but anyways...bam, bang, boom, shazam, shockazulu...and im home...and the bag now that im in the house, where the air is different from the rest of the world, now feels light and I check...they forgot my dogs burger! I call and you could tell they knew that there was a disturbance in the force so just like that zip, zap, zoom, Zamboni...back at the Carl's Dri-thru and these kids were apologizing profusely and they explained that 3 orders came in at the same time (cuz their system was rebooting so the orders were probably made at seperate times but then all went thru at the same time when their systems were back up...and these kids got bombarded and burgers got switched...actually bags got switched...the only disappointing part...the part that lost service a star, and you can believe it was cuz of the missing burger, but negative, they lost a star...a single star cuz of the fact that while I was sitting in the "Thru" for the second time (not bitter) waiting on my missing burger...this was their offer "would you like a drink" not a shake but a drink?" Then a pause...cuz I was waiting for another option...since I had already stop at circle k and picked up 44oz of the sweet nectar of life!! And why would I need 2 drinks...or even 3 drinks....I drink in moderation...im not a drinkaholic! So the pause disappears my burger comes out in a small bag and im sens on my way! Read moreHonestly the craziest experience I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. I ordered my son a cheeseburger kids meal and I get home and notice that there was no patty in between the bun. I called and the manager said I could come back and he would give me a free meal. I drove right back there so that I could get my son a replacement burger so he could eat supper as soon as possible. The lady working the drive through asked for the bun and cheese back but I forgot it at home so I had to drive back home once again and get the bun without the patty. The manager never mentioned I needed it but I still accepted her request as reasonable and complied. When I come back with the bun she took it back along with the receipt and comes back to inform me that the burger looked like it had been tampered with and she had video evidence that it had a patty on it. I honestly was in shock at what was happening and explained I just wanted to feed my son. I tried to bring some comedy to the situation by saying we have a burger gate situation but she wasn't amused and seemed like she just wanted me gone so she got the replacement burger and asked if she could get me anything else for free. I didn't realize she might have been accusing me of trying to cheat them out of a burger by wasting gas and driving back and forth to get my son his burger but alas thats what happened. She even asked me to check it to see if the patty was there this time and I couldn't believe that either. The point is that I was trying to be understanding and felt like I was accused of trying to steal from the restaurant and was treated like garbage. Its weird because I've been to this location multiple times and never had a problem. I actually appreciated the guy who took my order previously because he was thorough and repeated everything. Read moreI just went through the drive thru at 2343 E Bell Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85022 and spent over $14 on a double western bacon cheeseburger, and a Santa Fe chicken sandwich. I get home only to realize I got a single western bacon cheeseburger, and verified on the receipt that I paid for a double. I tried to call the store 3 times, and nobody answered. I drove back through the drive thru, and explained the problem. I drove up to the window, and gave back the old burger, bag and receipt as proof. They did apologize and start to remake the burger. I asked for my receipt back, and the girl began to get it, when the "manager" Adriana stopped her. I said I want to leave a review with my receipt, and she said "you can just go online and do it". I asked for a free drink for having to come back and, the one girl said okay, but Adriana said " we already redid your burger, we are not going to give you a free drink". I asked why nobody answered the phone, and one of the girls informed me the phone "hasn't worked in months". This place it a damn joke. How can you not get a damn order correct with just 2 items on it?? Why does your phone not work ??
