Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Phoenix

Was my second time getting scorned from this Pizza Hut. I ordered some wings and bread (on a Wednesday), and waited minutes shy of two hours for my delivery. I called and asked where the food was, and they said that they had to wait until the delivery driver returned, that the computer said it was delivered, and they would call me back. Meantime, my app says it is in the oven. I wait 30 minutes and call again, and get put on hold for five minutes. I call again, and the phone picks up and I hear background noise, but never a person. So I drive down to the store (not a far drive, seeing as I am A BLOCK AWAY), and I get told they would be dropped in right away. I Soask for the manager, and get told he is too swamped. Ten minutes later, I just ask for a refund, and curiously ask if it was made yet, and it turns out THEY STILL HAD NOT MADE IT YET. Gave two stars instead of one because Jordan, the manager, offered to refund and personally see it be made after I cried so hard that I had to pause and to breathe be legible. Not a fan of confrontation, but I wouldn't have gotten my money or food apparently..

So take caution when ordering.. Il Primo across the street has never...

I ordered Almost $100 worth of food last night and was charged seven times!!!!!! When I called to ask how this could happen, the “manager” DAN had no idea what to say. And when I asked how I contact somebody that can help me, he told me to go look it up myself. I quote Manager because when I asked for the manager, he hesitated, and then said he was the manager…… no dummies here. I let him know what terrible Customer Service I felt I was given, and he did not care whatsoever. He did not offer to help me or get me anything for the inconvenience. He couldn’t even give me the phone number for Customer Service. and you’re the manager.?!?! Dan You should not be working in customer service. I pray that your management sees this And fixes the problem so no one else has to be subjected to your hostility. Can u just ask why though?????? 🤣☠️🤣 what has happened to society. People are so rude but so sensitive at the same time. Don’t worry Dan I found the info myself. 🤯🤣 have to laugh off people like this. I’m sorry you’re clearly hurting I hope you get the help you need!...

Soggy, but OK pizza. Sad fries…. at a bad price. Crazy tipping ask to boot.

Good memories of Pizza Hut, but today’s reality rarely matches the images in my mind.

Ordered takeout. A pan pepperoni on a whim with a side of fries and breadsticks. Missed that buttery pan pizza hut crust!

Too bad. Got a decent tasting, but floppy, soggy-bottomed pie.

Also got maybe a half order of fries. You judge (picture). Not sure what happened there but guessing that’s the penalty for only tipping $5 on a $35 on a pickup order. Seriously. When ordering you are given 3 options that start at 18%? Seriously? $25 for a pepperoni pizza and you want to jack it by at least 18% for me to walk-in and pick it up from the counter? Yeah, I might do that down the street at the local joint doing actual wood-fired pizzas for the same price, but this is silly. I do believe in tipping for carryout as a gesture, but yeah, the “service” doesn’t justify.
