Il Primo Pizza & Wings — Restaurant in Phoenix

Normally I order pizza every week with great customer service. Now a new guy, well 2 guys including the manager really messed it up. Order a pizza with wings for delivery, asked me for my address card everything as usual. They estimated an hour at the latest. Well almost an hour and a half and I had to call them back. They said they didn't have any order for me. They tried to make me think that I called the wrong pizza place (after calling this same phone number for years) they said they tried calling me to give me a warning that my pizza was ready in 30 minutes ( which they never do and I didn't have any missed calls from them). I HAD TO WAIT ANOTHER 30 MINUTES TO WAIT FOR THE SAME PIZZA TO BE DELIVERED! ( plus they gave me all the information about the order I placed which means they did have my order and they told me I never called). Order finally came cold of course, but wait they forgot the wings! So another 30 minutes for the wings! So 2 hours total for my delivery! Had to preheat everything again! This place a joke now! Get the old employees...

Saul and everyone at this location make sure the food is the freshest and that the services AMAZING. Today is Christmas Day and they’re there making people smile and welcoming us like we are their favorite primos . They were able to help with pregnancy cravings so she can have her pineapple 😶🙃 and pepperoni without them touching(thank you!) and the wings amazing. I’m in the parking lot writing this cause I have never had pizza joint treat me this well before and I have never seen or heard them treating anyone other than like favorite family members even though we are strangers. The smiles are there and the food is there quickly made but taste better than others that take forever and like I’ve been saying it’s done with a smile and every time I come in it is like this I hope they get the recognization the deserve and the profits to match me, and my family will always be patrons on this joint as long as both of us are around! We have been coming to this location for 25 years+ and the food is great no complaints there however we drive 45 minutes everytime to get there.

Tonight we drove over with the intention to dine in like we normally do. But were severely dissapointed when we were told not more than an hour before closing that we couldnt dine in. Even though they stall had more than an hour before closing. To top it off after we were forced to place a takeout order, the girl/cashier who was at front started saying stuff about us to her coworker as we walked out . She said something along the lines of "She shouldnt have came last minute" So obviously not happy at all, especially as long time customers its sad to see the decline of customer service here. If I could give 0 stars for customer service , I would.
