I feel transported to Mexico but in a wow I might get robbed kind of way. The furniture and everything seems old and gross. I ordered a Carne asada burrito adding avocado (they were out of true guac). The green salsa was above average BUT I still to this day haven't experienced great authentic green salsa in phoenix... this one is closer than most places I've been. The red salsa was great. The asada wasn't chewy but a couple bites were... tough to avoid with the low quality beef these kind of places can afford. For the price of McDonald's you get a burrito the size of your arm. Guaranteed to keep to tame your Tiger Tummy. The tacos are the same, plenty of meat to go around. Buy 2 if you are doing lunch, buy 3 for an afternoon siesta!
The seating is above average and cleaner than the larger restaurants in the area. The tables are not sticky and the chairs are soft and comfy.
