Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Phoenix

So this Jack in the box apparently has a lot of policies. They're not allowed to park a car that is under $50. So the other night I had two cars that were in front of me they had 50 tacos between the two of them. Even after talking to the manager it was quote unquote my choice to sit in line and wait for my $30 two combos that I ordered I didn't even bother ordering tacos after hearing the first two orders. But even then it does not matter because they do not park cars under 50 bucks so guess what two cars with 50 tacos they're going to sit there and you're going to wait so you waiting is entirely up to you if Jack in the box is worth it. I heard there's a lot of new employees and that's all fine and dandy I've been a new employee I know how that works but we can't use that for an excuse every single time that somebody waits in line for 30 minutes for 50 tacos that don't belong to them. I would not use the Jack in the box pick up app for this location judging by my experiences already how long will your food sit there if you're waiting for food that's under $50 and they don't park their cars think about that. I also did not receive a call back from "customer service"after this experience so I went ahead and called that really didn't get me anywhere because like I said their policy State certain things and it really doesn't work in your favor if you're not spending over...

Wish i could give a negative rating to this location. I used to come here almost every day and the same 3 big girls always have the worst ugliest attitude. Every time Id order the girl taking my order was impatient and always had an ugly "are you done/i hate my life" face (they all do actually) and when i pay they snatch the card from my hand and when I went with my mother once she reached to get my card for me and pulled it away and said its not yours lady made me reach, that made my blood boil and then after waiting 10 long minutes for two easy dollar sandwiches when there's no other customers, every time I would ask for a ranch or some napkins that they forget to add (always something's forgotten) they roll their eyes and go have a quick funny conversation with a coworker again THEN she brings it, when they hand me the bag they just drop it on my hands (not gently with a smile like they should) I go far out of my way now to go to a location to avoid the worst service ever, i thought possibly it was just me but they treated my mother and mother in law the same on different occasions, only the nights staff or anyone else but the girls in the day are good. I know if i was their manager they would NOT be around to ruin my business any longer! You can always count on an ugly frown and the worst ever attitude here. I hope something gets done about it before corporate...

So I ordered thru the app and clicked prepare my food. Went to the store to pick it up and the front door was locked with no sign on the door nothing explaining what's going on so then my proceed to have to pick up my food in the Drive-Thru. Well I pull up to the drive-thru order board they say hello and I tell them I'm there to pick up my order they said okay pull forward so I do so. I then had to wait 15 to 20 minutes behind a single car who I was watching intently to see what the holdup was and it is to find out that the clerk hand out one small bag not even the regular size order back a small bag. Now we pull forward to see them chit chatting back and forth they go to hand out my order after 20 minutes of sitting on the counter so I asked him what took so long for one car one little bag and why is the door locked after getting the manager and the manager sitting there playing please staring at me saying That they were understand why even open the doors and take orders through apps if you just going to screw people over making them wait for 20 minutes... When done there food was cold not even legal standards of warm manager has very poor customer service skills look like a druggie shirt wasn't even buttoned all the way up is that a restaurant or a place for people to score drugs makes on...
