If there ever should be a establishment to be closed; it’s this location. Let me prefex this review with I am a delivery driver so I am always in a hurry. I have been coming to this location for the last month. Up until today, I always went thru the drive thru and never have I gotten my food hot nor the correct order. Today, I had time so I went inside. I’m thinking it’s my fault, I talk too fast, I’m rushing you know. Today, I wanted a nice hot meal. I placed my order and was told they did not have any spicy chicken ready. I volunteered to wait. The staff was surprised and repeatedly asked me if I was going to wait and I said that I was waiting. At this point, the young man became very rude and I was told it would be fifteen minutes. After waiting 22 minutes I checked to see how much longer. I was told it would be another 1.30. Then, his coworker pointed to a very old thigh and I was offered the oldest chicken you can imagine that was laying aside and looking like it was taken from the trash. I refused that and said I would continue to wait. While waiting; the young man ringed up my order $6.99. I asked him why so much. He started with I added a biscuit and jalapeño. I said okay but when you add that even with tax it was not this costly. So, we decided to take things off one by one. After he had taken things off he had overcharged me by .79 cents. He did his best but could not manager to justify what he had done. The duo sneakered and was very rude in mannerism. So, I decided I just wanted my money back. That is when I realized that the Manager had been there the whole time very much aware of what was happening. Her only comment was that it would take two business days to get my money back. Nothing about the rude way there and said absolutely nothing about the rude behavior of the duo that had treated me so bad that I wanted to cry. During my visit, I received one creamy sauce with my order. When I politely asked for an additional one, the employee informed me that only one was allowed. She did not offer me the option to purchase an extra sauce, and her response came across as rude and dismissive.
A few minutes later, I received a phone call from this same employee. To my surprise, she was very upset and spoke to me in a scolding manner. I was told not to purchase tenders there again. This experience left me very disappointed, as I had expected my feedback to be received respectfully, not with hostility. For reference, I also submitted a photo of my receipt.
I hope this matter is addressed appropriately, as customers should feel comfortable providing feedback without fear of being treated rudely or receiving angry phone...
Read moreI'm highly disappointed with my experience today. I ordered a 3 piece meal. 1 leg, 1 wing and 1 breast. I ordered thru uber eats. I get my order, noticed I received a thigh instead of wing.my personal preference is I don't like or eat thighs. I called the location to rectify the situation. Thamara answer the phone. She was viciously rude. She lied about not seeing my request. When clearly it's on my uber eats receipt. Then she gets hostel and tells me to bring the piece of chicken thigh back. "Just know you'll get one piece of chicken upon returning the thigh". Thamara was not trying to understand what I was saying. I Paid $12. for a 3 piece meal plus a $5 tip. She is giving me 24 hours to return a piece of chicken. SMH! They will get their chicken thigh. All I wanted was for her to say. We value you as a customer.
