Denny's — Restaurant in Phoenix

While my daughter and I were standing there waiting to be seated, the waitress comes to the front and doesn't even acknowledge that we are standing there and go straight to a person that is seated and has already been helped! Trying to tell her that he has already been helped she really wouldn't acknowledge my daughter and myself until the gentleman said that he has already been helped! When she took us to our table we couldn't even sit down before she's asking us do you know what you want! I asked her to give us a moment. When she came back to the table to take our order I was asking her a question about the kids meal and when I tell you she act like we were getting on her nerves, rolling her eyes speaking over us and, rolling her eyes speaking over us and her body language said that she did not want to serve us. There are some people that came behind us and she was very happy speaking Spanish (understand I am not bias against any nationality) but this is what happened, I want to make sure that this is what I am truly experiencing but every time she went to our table versus other tables she was very rude to us to the point so that my 9-year-old daughter even notice! Now when we got our food it was like he took everything out of the fire and dumped it on the plate because there was so much grease and oil on our plate I ordered the burger and fries and the lettuce and a Tomatoes were swimming in oil as well as the fries on the plate! My daughter's food wasn't too bad except for her eggs was hard and crispy around the edges but they were supposed to be scrambled! When I had to ask another waitress to get our waitress because she never came back to the table! Our food was getting cold waiting for her to come back to the table when she finally came to the table she cut me off once again and stated you want us to remake it and I just gave her a look and I just asked her for more veggies and another plate! By the time she came back with the veggies and another plate our food was completely cold and at that point all I wanted to do was just leave! I asked her for togo containers and my daughter and I proceeded to leave! While we are waiting to get rung up there's a lot of workers that are behind the counters but no one is ringing us up! I literally had to go and walk over and ask the manager can someone please come and ring us up and so he was happy to accommodate! This will be my last time ever going to that Denny's because I can see that people of my nationality if it's not their nationality is not really welcome! I really really hate to make a post like this but I think when you pay for a service you should get just that, no matter what nationality you're comfortable with if you are working in an establishment everybody should be...

I went Saturday night at 3am. The lady that night had an attitude, but I let it go. Ordered online, picked up food and went home. Realized they forgot one of the sides. Okay cool. I order a chicken melt and a brisket melt. Then I realize the chicken is super burnt, and hard. The red potatoes were soggy. It was horrible The brisket was too salty, but do able.. I take it back in 10 mins away and she says she can’t do a refund to call after 5:30… okay frustrating, but I understand. So I call and told they don’t do refunds but he will do another order when we want, okay, it’s better than nothing. So I accept. So I go in today, a day later, and the manager isn’t around. But a lady helps me. She says I HAVE to get what I ordered originally. Which is where this makes me want to snap because that’s why I wanted a refund. The food I ordered was not worth what I paid for, so whatever. Then she comes back and says there’s no brisket if I want something else???? Yes I want something else for both!!!!! But no, she isn’t allowed to do that but she can for the brisket since there isn’t any??? So, here I am again. Stuck with a nasty too hard chicken sandwhich. Super unhappy. I won’t be going to dennys again. I did get a cheeseburger instead of the brisket which is what I wanted to do for both. So at least that one is okay. But the chicken sandwich is in the trash because it’s just as bad as...

I ordered Buffalo chicken wings, when I got to the location the older gentleman in the white shirt told me that they did not have buffalo sauce but they gave me something close to it I asked if it was in Nashville sauce. He looked at me with a little bit of an attitude I don't know what it is but it's close to it. Thinking he would know, I asked what sauce this is and I hope that it's not the Nashville sauce because I don't care for it. Once again with a bit of an attitude I don't know what it is it's close to it. I looked in the bag and noticed that the sauce was not over the chicken but in a small little container, and no blue cheese. Keeping my calm I asked him can I please have the blue cheese that I ordered, he stared at me with an attitude walked away came back handed me the blue cheese, I think him very politely and he just stared at me like I was being an inconvenient to him. I got home and lo and behold it's Nashville sauce. The only thing that saved it was that I had Frank's Red Hot sauce. I don't know why he thought he could be rude to me I help pay his bills, if that's the treatment then I'm going to take my business elsewhere.
