HORRIBLE! Never had a problem in this store before today. While shopping around I saw a few people trying on the merchandise on top of their clothes. Like a blouse or skirt. The employees and owner saw this go on for a while and I watched Them look at people do this. I proceeded to do the same thinking it was a common practice since the fitting rooms were closed. I even Tried on a skirt near the register and the owner saw me. There was a white lady with a dog in a purple stroller who was also trying on clothes this way. Not a word was said to her. I watched that lady leave and immediately the owner came over to me fussing at me. She yelled and called me rude for trying on the clothes in the store. I explained That I was Only doing what I saw others were allowed to do and before I got A chance to apologize, she began to insult me. She went on a rant about closing the dressing rooms due to Covid and losing a lot of money since theyāve been closed. She said she keeps them closed cause people steal and I was rude for trying on the clothes. After again explaining my reasoning behind it and that I was Not trying to offend anyone, she said I tried on the clothes first and made everyone else do it. I watched her watch the other lady try on a dress. I mentioned the lady who just left and asked why didnāt she say anything to her or anyone else in the store besides me. No response except she lost a lot of money during Covid and I was rude. Horrible experience and I do Not recommend anyone visit this store. I left the store and saw that WAVE in the mall down the street carries the exact same clothing...

We picked up approximately $600 worth of merchandise and carried it around in our hands due to no carts or baskets. The employees came & got all of the merchandise from us & placed behind the counter. We asked to try the clothing on and found out we couldn't try anything on due to covid. This store doesn't allow refunds, exchanges only within 14 days pf purchase. While at the register, the owner (asian woman) was rushing my bestfriend to hurry & choose the items she was buying. They should have been more accommodating with how we could have had a 2nd look with the clothes prior to purchase. We thought it was kinda rude when the owner she stated we needed to hurry bcuz she had a line. There were also 2 other employees that we noticed working. It was apparent she didn't want her employees operating the register for whatever reason. But then don't disprect the customers who is spending over $400 patronizing your business. I was in line to the fitting room with my daughter and one of their employees started assuming that I was going to go in with my daughter and started giving me a speech about us not being able to share rooms and she went on and on. I stopped her and told her my daughter was the only one going in. She did not like my response, as she walked my daughter to the fitting room she mumbled something like "you don't have to be rude about it" but I did not need her lecturing me when I did not even move when she told us the room was ready only my daughter did.
