Unbelievably RUDE SERVICE FROM FRONT DESK TO NAIL TECH AND OTHER NAIL TECHS. Stopped in here for a quick pedicure while I was in town visiting (wasn’t busy inside at all). The minute we walked in, the front desk lady didn’t bother greeting us so I told her what I was there for and she just walked away. Someone else came and told me what seat to sit in. Here comes the worst of it all. I sit down, and the nail tech didn’t bother asking if the water temp was ok for me, didn’t put the chair massager on, didn’t offer me a cup of water when it was 109° outside. Nothing. The only time she spoke was to other techs and other CUSTOMERS & to ask what color I wanted and HOUND me to get gel polish when I’m allergic and insisted on regular polish. She still continued to try to sell me the gel polish for an hour. I heard her speaking to her coworker who was doing a pedicure next to us, starts laughing and I notice the other tech look at my dry chipped feet (not ashamed to admit it but not professional to talk shit) so I put my headphones in and put Google translate on for the rest of my time. They continued to talk shit about me, my feet, the other persons client, and a couple who walked in for a pedicure shortly after me. They were saying they hope those dirty people don’t come in here and when they walked in they both rolled their eyes and didn’t speak to them. They also don’t have many color choices from what I was given but I saw TONS on the wall. I was given a broken nail selection lol. I can’t help but to assume it’s because I’m Black but then again the other couple was white. So who knows but they are so rude and unprofessional I will never go back and will be taking this to my large following social media accounts because people like this shouldn’t be in the service industry. Why talk shit about someone’s feet and it’s YOUR JOB TO UPKEEP them for some people? Lol lastly … she painted my toes and told me I could go, KNOWING my polish was still dripping wet so I tried walking to the front, just for the polish to mess up and I had to ask to have them redone, to which she didn’t say anything, took my polish off and redid them… then proceeds to fan my toes for legit 45 seconds and walks away. I sat there for 15 more mins without anyone checking on me until one tech walked by, touched them & told me they were dry and good to go. I’m a HUGE tipper and I refused to even leave a tip for this company other than a Google tip/review so others know what they’re...
Read moreI live within walking distance and decided to visit for the first time, sorry I did! The senior-aged gentleman that did pedicure was very friendly, yet not necessarily skilled enough to satisfy my expectations. I pay $27 for Basic Pedi, plus $15 for the two most hideous overlays I have ever seen!! They were both filed and shaped horribly and I will probably come in tomorrow to have fixed. I also paid additional $8 for callus removal, nothing even done other than traditional scraping, no callus cutter used or acid!! I also opted-out of Gel Polish as employee said that would be an additional $15 ???!! The polish I chose was clearly out of date, yet he used anyways and they look like they were painted by a visually-impaired person. After about a total of 2 hours in salon, I was so exhausted and disappointed in quality of service, I declined to get a full set as planned. I paid my $53 total, left, and vow to NEVER spend another dime there!! I will continue to make 20 minute drive to my normal salon as the $$ are lower, the service is better, and satisfaction is guaranteed!! Sorry but NOT sorry! Not saying that they don't provide great services, I just don't have the time nor $$$ to " experiment"! I expect great service each and every time, especially at...
Read moreThis was honestly one of the worst nail salon experiences I’ve ever had. I went in on my lunch break, hoping to get a simple set done quickly, but ended up being there for almost 2.5 hours. Completely unacceptable.
First, I had to remove the hot gel I already had on, and the tech burned me three times with the filing tool. She left me soaking my nails for nearly 20 minutes without checking on me once. When I finally chose a color (after learning they didn’t have the original one I wanted), she pulled a powder that was totally different from the sample I picked.
To make things worse, the end result was awful. My nails are bulky, and there’s product stuck to the sides of my nails. It looks super messy and rushed, yet somehow still took forever. The salon itself was also dirty and clearly not well-maintained, which made me uncomfortable.
The cherry on top? The teenager working the front desk had a terrible attitude—completely unprofessional and clearly didn’t care about customer service. Overall, this place was a huge disappointment. I definitely won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend...
