If I could give this location -5 stars, I would. I ordered a simple thin crust pizza and parmesan bread knots around 11:15am. By 11:38am, I received a notice that the order was "on the way." Well, an hour+ later, and apparently, my order had been "delivered." I called the store and waited on hold for 15 minutes because, indeed, the order HAD NOT been delivered. I finally got ahold of someone by the second call - the manager, Raelyn - and let me tell you, 0/10 for customer service. I got the excuse that I.T. was working on "the issue" and that the driver had "just left two minutes ago," and that "he's the only driver we have right now." I understand that issues can happen; however, this type of service has become a pattern of behavior and is NOT worth the money (or the tip) that we paid when placing our order. This is the second time in the last three orders where the food either didn't arrive or was completely cold by the time it did arrive. We have taken our business to Pizza Hut. Read moreOn August 16th I placed a large order online. The tracker said the orders were being prepped and literally the tracker never updated after that. I called over 10 times to the store and was even outside of the location. no one called me to even cancel my order. I struggled for over a week to get my refund. I had to call customer service and go on their social media accounts to blast them so that someone can at least hear me out. The pizzas were for my daughters 1st grade class to celebrate her birthday. She was so excited and told all of her friends. I felt horrible that I couldn’t do this for her. After I submitted my complaint, I was told that store management, the district manager AND the head of Phoenix operations would reach out to me. Well I’m still waiting for someone to contact me to at least apologize. Since this store is obviously closed, the online ordering should be disabled. Read moreOrdered our exact same order we've ordered several times in the past, from the same store; and it's always perfect. It was not the case today. Both pizzas seemed carelessly put together. Sauce was almost non-existent throughout pizza, same with the cheese, which was spotty and not uniform with some spots lacking any cheese at all. Finally, it seems they made a mistake with the crust and realized halfway throughout the cooking process and tried to rectify the situation after the fact. Both pizzas supposed to be deep dish pan pizzas, and were not. This is evident by the lack of a uniform crust throughout the pizzas with some parts of the crust resembling more of a thin crust, not the usual thick, succulent, deep dish pan crust we usually get. Not sure what happened here, as we've ordered at this location in the past and have never received our order in this state. Taste was also not as good as in other instances, likely due to a lack of sauce and cheese. We hope this is an isolated incident and does not repeat itself. We will change our review accordingly...
