BEWARE !!!!! WE WERE YELLED AT AND CHASED OUT FOR NOT LEAVING TIP TO HORRIBLE SERVICE .

“Food is not that great . Only thing good is sushi . Service is horrible ! Rude and very pushy with tips.” That was my review over a year ago. I had been coming here since 2014 and yesterday I decided to give it another chance. And this what happened

I was with a group of 5 they said it would be 5 minutes. About soon after another group of 5 people come in and they were seated right way. I had to the tell the hostess that we were first in-line and had been waiting. She said ok and sat us first.

They sat us down in a fold out table. Yes a fold out table in the back ! To where 10 minutes passed without someone bringing us water , taking our drink or bringing silverware.

Once they brought us water and drinks and we ordered apps , another 30 minutes passed before someone brought out our appetizers. We asked 3 different staff where was our waitress. When our waitress finally came she had an attitude ! And when she brought out our appetizers it was completely WRONG !! We then proceeded to wait another 10 mins. We had ordered 2 spring rolls and when the lady brought it out she literally THREW the plate on the on table said share. We did not have any plates and no silverware or napkins . And to top it off we asked for shrimp spring rolls and brought out chicken spring rolls .

After we had our appetizers we ordered our main course which then we waited another 20-25 minutes for. At this point the table of also 5 behind us which was seated after us, was already done eating. Once we got our food , I had the chicken fried rice and the rice was hard like as it was old and reheated in a microwave. We did not say anything just said we would never come back between the group.

This where it really gets OUTRAGES . When we were done eating we obviously did not leave any tip. The food and service was horrible , worst dining experience . The waitress feels the need to go after us as we are walking out to tell us we did not leave any tip. I proceeded to kindly explain her why I thought the service and food was not up to par. She then starts to yell at us saying “ SO YOU ARE NOT GOING TO PAY ME ?!” “ YOU ARE NOT WELCOME HERE !” “ I KNOW YOU NEXT TIME TAKE YOUR FOOD TO GO !” She then speaks in a different language

Is this all happening in the middle of the restaurant she is yelling as we are walking out. I said to “ Good night M’am “ and proceed to ask for a manger. Which I am told there is no manager at this time. I talk to the assistant manager. Me while the lady notices we are speaking with someone and runs around to the countered yelling another language at him.

HORRIBLE!!!! DONOT COME HERE ! We should had left the moment they took 10 mins to bring...

WARNING: WORST PLACE EVER!!!! DO NOT GO HERE. CHASED OUT MY PREGNANT SISTER, MY SISTER WITH HER 1.5 year OLD CHILD BECAUSE WE DIDN'T LEAVE A TIP TO HORRIBLE AND NIGHTMARE SERVICE!!!!

I don't even want to give this company a star because of how bad our experience was. First I want to start off by I use to work in the service industry for more than 4 years. This by far was the worst customer service I HAVE EVER SEEN. Let's start from the beginning...as we walked in we got yelled to wait for a table we said okay sounds great. In comes a family of 5 the same number of people we have in our group, they get seated before us until one of my group members was like excuse me we were here first. So then we get seated before hand (which this was the worst decision we made) So we get seated in the back on a card table, while we got seated the family that was going to take out spot got seated right next to us. We waited 20 minutes until we got helped and we look over to the other family and they had drinks and app ordered. We than ask for a server and they said she will be there in a minutes....10 minutes later we finally get the server she takes our drink order and we order apps because at this point we are starving. It took her about 10 minutes to just bring us all water...at this point the other table has their apps and order their entrees. 15 minutes later we get our apps and they are completely wrong order. They were any of our apps we ordered so we had to wait some more....at this point we should've walked OUT! But she told us she would get it so she comes back with our apps and she doesn't even bring any napkins, plates, or silverware....she tells us to share the plate that the apps are on. We finally get her attention to get our order our entrees and yet she's no where to be found. WE SPENT over 2.5 hours in this place....on top of this bad service none of us left a tip duh to no customer service the family that got seated after us was in and out in an hour. THE WORST PART is the waitress looked at her receipts and then CHASED US OUT OF THE RESTAURANT SCREAMING at us in another language because we didn't give her tip and told us we weren't welcomed back. My family and I had a 1.5 year old, my two sisters one who is PREGNANT and her boyfriend. IS THIS REAL LIFE. HOW DARE YOU come chasing MY FAMILY when we have a child and a pregnant WOMAN. All we wanted was to eat and enjoy a night out as a family and yet we get YELLED AT and CHASED! When we asked for the manager the manager wasn't there. WE called and nothing happened to this waitress. I BEG YOU! DO...

This negative 1 star review is based on my experience this weekend with the delivery driver. I ordered online like I've done in the past. When checking out there is a tip option, I prefer to give my tips upon arrival. What if my order was wrong? What if they were over an hour late? So I always give tips when I receive my food. When the food was dropped off, the first thing out of the lady's mouth when I opened the door was "You no left tip" Wow, I wasn't ready for that. Not even a "Hello". I told her my reasoning and that I planning on giving a cash tip but that it's really rude to ask for a tip. She didn't care, she said it again, this time more aggressive.. "You didn't leave tip" So I reached into my wallet and handed her a $1. I was planning on giving 20-25% tip from my $50 dinner but I was so offended that she was trying to shame me that she lost out on her tip, and because of her, they also lost my business. It's not like I can't find another Chinese delivery option near me. I'd rather eat at Panda Express because at least I'll be greeted and a "Welcome" a "Thank You" and smile.

As I read previews reviews, this Tip issue looks to be a major problem with this place. Tips are not required, and if you do not provide great service, you will not be tipped! Don't come at me for a tip trying to shake me down like...
