I wish I could give 4.5 stars because Fatso’s pizza is almost perfect. Four stars seems underrated but they just missed the mark on five stars. I ordered delivery so I don’t have any valid feedback for service or atmosphere but I rated them as fives to help bolster the rating that I gave for the food. This is the ONLY decent thin crust that I’ve found since moving to AZ three years ago. The competitions’ thin crust are all limp and soggy. This pizza’s crust is cracker crisp and firm enough to support the weight of the toppings. A great big note of appreciation for cooking the pie with the cheese on top - as it’s supposed to be! Baking the ingredients under the cheese is how it should always be done. The sauce was a tad on the mild side but still better than most of the valley’s pizza sauces that are too heavily spiced and drowns out the flavors of the pie. That being said though, the pizza would've greatly benefitted from a sprinkling of oregano on the cheese and a few minutes more in the oven. The cheese should've had a little bit of color on it from the oven and could've been melted a bit more. Also, by default, the pizza is square cut. Only square pizza should be square cut. Their crust is so lovely that everyone should benefit from it. Square cut pizzas robs the diners from experiencing the outside crust if they're not fortunate enough to grab one before they’re gone and all thats left is the middle. Luckily, I noticed this before ordering so I requested (and received) a triangle cut pie. It would be better if their default was triangle cut instead of square. Disappointing though was their hot italian sub. It was meat, cheese and italian dressing on a soggy, soft roll. No other toppings, no lettuce, no tomatoes, no giardiniera, no onions - just meat, cheese, bread and dressing. So, definitely try their pizza but I suggest that you order a second pizza instead of ordering their italian sub. I will definitely be back for another...

We came here for our first and last time. We ordered pizza & wings. They were really good. The lady who was our waitress’ was nice. I give low stars for the bartendar constantly calling out from the bar area to the hosts/waitresses stuff customers didnt need to hear. Even went out of his was to come near us and complain loudly about us bringing kids in here. We assumed it was just a pizza restaurant. But it was a restaurant and a bar on the other side. It was like 3 o’clock on the Saturday. There was only two other customers, and we weren’t the only one with children. None of the kids on our table or the other table was acting up. It was nice and quiet in there and enjoyable other than that bartender who constantly had to keep coming over and making comments, but we had a long day and a long drive and we were already there and we weren’t gonna leave and have to drive somewhere else to find something else to eat and we had already ordered and prepaid because they had computer issues and they wanted to close it out quick. If the place is not allowed to have children then that’s fine but you need to advertise that or advertise that it’s a bar not a restaurant for pizza. Everything would’ve been fine other than that unbelievably rude bartender one thing to say it to your coworkers on the side, but to say it so loud for families to hear right in front is...

This place seems like a local watering hole where the neighborhood regulars drop in for a beer, or 4. The bar is set in the back and was pretty active and lively but not too loud. The restaurant area is kind of dark and dingy with outdated decor and overduefor some care. We stopped in to try their thin crust pizza and some wings. The wings were pretty good, cooked to a perfect crispy and drenched in traditional Buffalo sauce. The pizza was a miss for us. The thin crust was just a little undercooked, even had a gummy bite to it. No crisp to it at all, so it was sloppy. Since it was tavern cut, we avoided the center pieces and ate around the outer edge. The sausage was good. The flavor was good. It just wasn't a good pizza. The staff was delightful and we had friendly service. They have an expansive Italian menu, reasonable prices, and lots of great beer options. This place has been around a while and is probably a...

I moved in the area and was so excited to try Fatso’s pizza today. Unfortunately, I was not impressed with the Carnivore Pan pizza. 1) For the pizza to be made to order, including the crust, my pizza was room temperature when I received it…mind you I ordered in the establishment and waited for my order. 2) I paid $31.00 and a tip for what looks to be about $5.00 worth of toppings (great taste but more cheese and toppings would be appreciative as well as covering all spots on the pizza. I received more toppings from Fired Pie for a $12.00 pizza. 3) I’m not sold on the crust not being pre-made. The crust was thick and seemed to be pre-made (maybe earlier today or yesterday) and placed in the broiler to cook the toppings. Because this is a small business, I encourage you to make your own opinion and do not go by my review. I should have tried the thin crust Carnivore. I truly believe my opinion would be different.

The pizza is amazing always. Tombstone IPA For the win. We do the cheeburger cheeburger pizza, and we add jalapenos to this and it makes it such a delightful Tangy treat. I don't remember seeing this on the menu but they do offer gluten-free pizzas in the small size. Also their oven baked chicken wings are actually amazing. They have a lot of different beers on tap not just the tombstone, they have a special IPA that is apparently brewed just for them from what I'm understanding and it's called the red eye and that was absolutely worth a try as well. I cannot tell you how many different combinations of pizza this place has and I love them all. They have the meat lovers and that's always a win for me. We definitely want to get more adventurous and try some of the other ones but for now we are sticking to the basics that we know and trying all the different varieties of beer that they have available.
