Working with Verve Design Partners has been an OUTSTANDING experience that I would rate 5 stars+++!

I met with 3 other companies before making my decision. The pool company I use recommended Caitlyn Johnson (Caity) with Verve Design Partners. I am so glad I reached out to her.

My project involved backyard makeover of the pool/spa interior, pool/spa coping, patio, drainage, landscaping and lighting. Verve Design is the only company that would work with PORCELAIN PAVERS knowing there were curves around kidney shaped pool. The masonry work is EXCELLENT!

Renderings were provided to me prior to my commitment so I could see what the makeover would look like. Caitlyn Johnson (owner) is personable, professional, very experienced with landscape design. Her communication is very timely. She works with a team of people who are at master skill level. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND her services and I will be using Verve Design to landscape the front of my house.

My backyard was dated from 1997 and now it looks more modern (see before/ after photos). I am very pleased and my expectations were met. I have a beautiful backyard thanks to Caity.

I wanted to add a spa that blended seamlessly with the pool that already existed at our vacation home. I met Caitlin Johnson from Verve when she came to give me a bid. She was very professional and knowledgeable. I liked the ideas she proposed to make the spa look like it was always there. Since I don't live in AZ full time, we had to work remotely. I was nervous about not being present for such a significant project, but I didn't have a choice. Caitlin and Jesus, the onsite supervisor, were never hard to get a hold of and responsive to my texts and emails. Early on in the project, more of the landscaping had to be disturbed than was originally planned for. I was upset by this, but Caitlin quickly sent me a written guarantee that she would replace any plants that might die from the construction. When she did that, I knew I had made the right decision hiring Verve Design Partners. The final result speaks for itself—the spa looks like it has always been a part of the pool. You would never know that they were installed decades apart. I'll be hiring Verve Design Partners for a second project...

We contacted Verve (then Crystal Falls Pools) in 2021 to refresh our pool and add a new spa. Caity and Jesus were amazing to work with, kept us informed along the way and delivered a grand result, on time and on budget. We were so happy with the pool results that the following month, we had them do the landscape refresh, including new travertine patios. Again, a spectacular result. Once you are a customer of Verve, you’re a customer for life. Over the past few years, we’ve needed some basic maintenance on lighting, irrigation and landscape rock refresh.
