Filiberto's Mexican Food — Restaurant in Phoenix

Today 4/30 I had to picked up a door Dash delivery from this place. When I arrived, I made my way up to the counter to make the cashier aware that I was picking up an order. (A girl) I provided her the clients name and she said it was still not ready and it was gonna be ready in about 3 minutes. In the mean time I needed to use the restroom. I make my way to the restrooms and it was locked. So, I went to ask the cashier her name was Luna, Asked her if they were keeping the restroom lock or if it was being used. No reply back, asked her again and nothing, asked her again for the 3rd time and se finally replied saying that the restrooms were for client use only. (NO EYES CONTACT ONCE SO EVER) Hello !!!! Does she not know that as a Door Dasher you become their client!!!!!!! And I told her that, but still didn’t allowed me to use the restroom. I've been going here since it was 2 different names about 10yrs ago. Dark salsa is AMAZING Guac salsa is AMAZING! The food is very good, just the space inside is so cramped if there's more than 3 people. I swear the A/C has never been on in that place. Quantity is great but paying so much and 3 months later it's another 50c and then another 50c a few months later. I get inflation but man it sucks. They used to have Daily specials for a DOLLAR. I won't go here ever for tacos cause they're $3 each when I can get them for 99c STILL at other places on Tue. So depending what you get it'll be worth the price and the quality of the food is what you can expect from any other location except this wins with cheese. They started using white and yellow cheese which is my favorite! And again. The salsa bar is the best of all places I've been. I went for lunch today. One of my favorite spots in the north side. I work construction and me and my crew always stop at that location when we get the opportunity. Today I was surprised when the young lady at the cashier (luna) was being rude and unprofessional. Not just to me but everyone. It seemed like she didn't want to be at work. She was ignoring and making faces of frustration when asked questions. Never had experienced anything like that before at my favorite spot. I'm sorry for the business but I don't think we want to be back. Very bad experience and poor customer service. As long as she is working there I'm going to tell all workers and family not to visit...
