Filiberto's Mexican Food — Restaurant in Phoenix

The lady working the drive thru was rude, we are still waiting for our food. How it's as filling as our wait was long!!! 😐😶😑😔🤨🙄😤☹️😠😡🤬

💥 Well I obviously jumped the gun on doing a review so early, while I was in line at the drive-thru, so to continue that..... They gave us our food and we drove off, as I was looking through the bag I noticed there's only one meal in there and a half of another I said wait a minute turn around,so we turn around and I go inside I say, this is not all the things we ordered they looked at it and searched the computer and looked at it again and then asked a co-worker something in Spanish, and looked at the receipt and then looked in the cash register, spoke to the cook and then looked in the cash register and then asked another co-worker and they shook their head and pointed had the bag then pointed at me and was speaking Spanish, so I don't know what they're saying. I started questioning them. I'm like what's going on, and then as they're trying to figure it out they realize that I paid too much for what I have, okay so they're going to give me some money back as they're trying to figure this out this lady comes up behind me and starts speaking to one of the other ladies in Spanish and I don't know what they're saying and the lady behind the counter takes the bag and sets it down and the cook comes around and looks at what's in the bag and he starts pointing at me speaking Spanish again and I'm like what's going on, hello, talk to me, what's going on, and finally the cook who hardly spoke any English went to the bag and then pointed me and says yours. I said oh that's mine and he's a yes yours and so he tells the cashier something in Spanish again I said what did he say and she's like well he cannot give you this food now that some other customer has had it and brought it back so he has to remake it. So I say what about the rest of the order because it's been sitting here while you guys figured everything out and it's cold he looked at the cashier and cashier told him in Spanish and he shook his head he's like okay and he took the bag from me and remade the whole order and then we finally got to leave got home and I took a picture of my that I ordered, and even though it was a hassle to get that food to cook did right and he made it awesome so thank...

• WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!* After ordering Carne Asada Fries and Telling the Cashier TWICE that I did NOT want SOUR CREAM on My Carne Asada fries. They put put sour cream on my fries.. okay HONEST mistake. So RIGHT AWAY I drive back though the Drive Thu and I tell her about the Sour Cream her response was "Well did you tell me you DIDN'T want it on the Carne Asada fries!?" I said "yes" and she tells me to pull up to the window. So I drive up and hand them back to her. She takes them and walks away. Comes back and asks for my receipt. I hand it to her and she walks away again. She comes back to the window and says "it does t say NO SOUR CREAM on the receipt and He (the cook) doesn't want to remake it" . I say "okay well I told you TWICE I didn't want any...". She walks away and comes back and proceeds to tell me that the cook doesn't want to remake it. I say "OKAY then I will like to purchase ANOTHER one WITHOUT Sour Cream" she says "Well your gunna have to wait in line" (after I've already been in line for the past 30mins & not once but TWICE!) I didn't want to be inconsiderate to the people ALWAYS waiting in line so I drive around yet again and there is about 7 cars in line now. I just drove away because why spend MORE money at such a place with such UNPROFESSIONAL people who can't even own up to THEIR own mistakes. Oh and another thing, I get home and realize that even though I told her NO ICE in my 2 large Horchatas... BOTH of them had ice!.... what a JOKE...

I have been going to this one for awhile. the food is pretty good. they are overly stingy with their little cups of salsa worst than any other taco shop including other filiberto's. Last night I got 3 carne asada fries, a chimichanga and side of rice. about $60 in food. I ask for as much of the hot sauce as he could give me. that was 3 red and 3 green. I have tried to buy a small cup of their salsa and none of the employees will sell it. the one says he will give me alot. and normally gives about 10 of the little cups. I do you a lot of hot sauce with my food in general. so very irritating. 60 bucks in food and they give 1oz of hot sauce per item. NOW the size of the carne asada fries decreased alot. the container it now comes in is 2 inch small in width and length, and almost an 1 inch in depth, far less food and a lot less carne asada, and they increase the price. Prices of everything have gone up and reduced in size, this is true, but this is worst than anything i have seen other places. I didn't look at exact price and on the receipt we got 3 for 40 bucks so pretty close to 14 bucks each, with a size reduction, most likely time to...
