These stars are for Zaria. Thank you for going above and beyond today when it seemed like your teammates were upset & frustrated you stepped in with a smile and helped.

We as a team decided to come to Five Guys today to have a break from the stressors of work ourselves. Not only did the first order come through incorrect one of my coworkers had to have her burger remade (was put to the back of the line) and instead of addressing or giving us another option for our sides just simply did not give them to us.

After coming back in to correct our order, Zaria being up front, her attitude was totally different and she greeted us with a smile and can do attitude. She got us our sides, reordered the burger, and made our experience here great. However, after handing our Doctor the sides the other employee turns and says loud enough for us to hear "next time do not even offer them sides when we are out of cups".

Just remember that you never know what another person is going through and always be kind. =)

I pretty much like everything about Five Guys. I love the burgers, fries and atmosphere. My last order was a bacon cheeseburger and an order of fries. About $20. This Tatum and Bell location is convenient for me. I coupled my visit by picking up a locker order at the Home Depot across the street. There were two guys working at the time and they greeted me immediately. They were friendly. I told them my name and said it was an online order. He said, we got it, give me two minutes. I said I’m in no hurry, especially since I knew my burger would be fresh off the grill. I passed the time eating peanuts. There was only me and two other guys as customers at the time because it was midafternoon. This location is a clean, modern facility in a popular shopping area. There’s plenty of parking. I drove my order home to eat it and realized they put an extra patty on my burger. I didn’t mind it at all in fact I loved the burger and had to use tons of napkins. The fries… they’re always great. They give you two orders. One order that fits in the cup in the bag and the other order are the fries that didn’t fit in the cup. Didn’t disappoint. I...

I started out giving Five Guys three stars because I was bummed by the prices. (The reason I'm giving it four is explained at the end of this review.) We ended up paying $21 for one cheeseburger with fries, one veggie sandwich, and one soft drink, all of which was equal to but no better than what we get at another burger place. They probably get away with it because of their generosity with fries, which they pour into your bag on top of everything else, but I don't consider that a big plus myself. I don't like digging down through fries to get to the other items. I know this is just their unique gimmick and probably helps their reputation. The employees are friendly, service is great, atmosphere is nice, but I just don't see myself paying that much for what we got in the future. Another gimmick is the peanuts to which you can help yourself while waiting for your order, which is nice. Okay, I'm going to change it to four stars so that anyone who has never been there won't be discouraged and can experience it...
