I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Saigon Bistro! The restaurant has a warm, cozy atmosphere with clean and stylish decor that makes you feel instantly comfortable. It’s a great place for a relaxed meal, whether you’re dining alone or with friends.
I ordered the dry egg noodles with seafood, and it was fantastic. The noodles were perfectly cooked with a great texture, and the seafood — including shrimp, squid, and fish cake — was fresh and flavorful. The accompanying broth was light but rich in taste, with fresh herbs and onions that elevated the entire dish. I also had a layered taro and matcha drink that was as beautiful as it was tasty — creamy, refreshing, and not overly sweet.
The service was excellent — attentive, friendly, and efficient. Everyone was welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed without being intrusive. It really made the whole dining experience feel special.
If you’re looking for authentic Vietnamese food with great quality, beautiful presentation, and outstanding service, Saigon Bistro is definitely worth a visit. I’ll be coming...
Read moreI would love to give this a full five stars if this restaurant wasn’t “Americanized.” Don’t get me wrong, I enjoyed my food very much and it’s great for those who are new with Vietnamese food. I got the bun Bo hue but it was missing a lot of ingredients that make the soup such as the ham and lots of pork. However, their broth for the bun is so yummy compared to other places I’ve been to around Chandler. Theirs is also cheaper from my experience which is probably why a lot of stuff was skimped out. I asked if they serve nam neung for their spring rolls and was so disappointed it wasn’t available when I read “grilled pork spring rolls.”
I know not alot of places offer this but it would be great if they could make sugar cane juice since it appears to be a cafe as well. That is just a future suggestion for this place. Either than that, service...
Read moreI like going to Saigon Bistro because it's one of the closer better tasting places near me that have Pho. Every time I go though, it takes so long. I understand that they may be short staffed sometimes and I'm not complaining but it is a little frustrating. I placed an online order the other day from work and it was going to take me about 30 minutes to get there so I figured it would be enough time and be done so I can get it and leave, it took over an hour for them to complete the order + waited even more time in the restaurant it's almost like they didn't know I had an order till I got there. Also I feel like the portion size is a lot more if you're eating in the place vs getting take out. Regardless the food is good and they're nice, but service...
