Hungry Howie's Pizza — Restaurant in Phoenix

Hopefully your not trying to order a pizza more then 3 miles from the location because if you are your not getting it delivered. Bad business in my opinion. They will not make an exception to the rule. Lost a customer.

UPDATE As you can see the Manager replied to my original review asking to give them another chance. With that said I decided that I would try to order again thinking maybe they had changed the distance they were willing to cover. So I called asked for delivery they asked where I lived I told them and same as before sorry but we don't deliver to you. I asked to speak to the Manager the Manager got on the phone and said the same thing. Then I brought up the review I had left and the reply that I had received from a Manager at that location saying to give them another try. All I got was an I'm sorry company policy. If the original problem wasn't going to be fixed then why even send a reply asking for another chance??? In all I guess it's my fault thinking a customer's opinion or business meant anything to this company. This is the last time I will ever try to order from Hungry Howie's because as the name suggest you will be left HUNGRY because they don't care or try to make the customer happy. 9:15 pm Ordered two basic pizzas. Waited over an hour, website said they were delivered. Called the store to figure out what happened and their phone doesn’t work at all. Employee was breaking up the entire call, and then blamed us for not answering when the door bell was rung. We don’t even have a door bell. Just wanted to get the food delivered, but it was my fault for not answering a door that isn’t mine? Then he went on to say that they called multiple times and the phone is disconnected. Just checked the order and the phone number is right. Employee hung up after we clarified. Not even sure if they will be bringing the food or not, as it has now been over a half hour since we called. Looks like reviews have been bad recently. Used to order from here frequently but probably should just stick to something else.

9:58 pm Update: Received a call almost an hour after we had originally spoken with the them, claiming to be knocking on our door and we weren’t answering. Literally sitting at my door and no one from there is in my complex. Have ordered from here multiple times and literally never have had a problem getting it delivered.

Awful, awful visit. They gave us plain crust instead of butter cheese crust, didn't cut the pizzas or cheese bread(made poorly), and completely didn't give our salad to the driver. We tried to call multiple, multiple times and even when routed by other stores, they never answered. Gotta love not even being able to call your local pizza place, modern world sure is great, huh? Had to drive down there and of course, only 2 people working and one working brain cell between them. They expressed no remorse in messing up my order and barely had anything to say in general. They also gave us the wrong sauce, she said they were "out of pizza sauce cups". Uh, how about just scoop some pizza sauce for the pizzas into a cup instead of cheating me out of my money? Those things cost extra, ya know. Maybe she can't add? Would explain the service. I at least got a refund for the salad, which they made and gave to me, but they tried to keep my original receipt from me. I don't care if you give me an amended one, give me my receipt back.
