Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Phoenix

A couple weeks ago I went in to place my order I stopped going to the drive-through because apparently directions cannot be followed so you have to go inside and eat verbally and use your hands at the same time pretty sad huh but it is what it is is best me and most of the burger burger joint or take out so I go in explain to them what I want I asked specifically no mayo mustard only but apparently that's still not enough they somehow manage to misspell the word no home apparently it was an understandable directions so they went ahead and added mail I said no ketchup again they added ketchup I said could you please make sure my fries and my couples are fresh and I'm doing this with hand gestures and pointing to the picture look I want it like this and of course after acknowledging the picture they said ok, well not only did the person taking my order look me directly in my eye and say no worries everything will be fresh I took his word on it I mean because if they are willing to received hand gestures and look at the pictures on the menu I'm assuming everything would be great oh BTW make sure when you order your tacos you check that out right away I asked for extra lettuce no worries they reply I asked for fresh Tacos No Worries if you're going to order tacos make sure you eat them there right away most likely you are going to be disappointed I can confirm and verify that to be true so I checked him for the word and head on home well we're sitting at the table and lo and behold everything was a cluster I mean literal cluster f=#$, save yourself time save your money inspect everything do not take there were for it no matter how much they respond to you and tell you no worries, so there it is ladies and gents my experience at the Jack In The Box right off the 202 and Baseline...

Worst experience I’ve ever had a jack in the box; they had nothing I asked for. When I pulled up I had to wait over 8minutes before I could even order. The girl at the window did not speak English but was still super rude. I recorded everything and a lady came to the window and said they can’t have me recording. At the window I was there another 8 to 10 minutes. My food was practically thrown at me. Mind you I was the only customer there. When I ordered at the drive thru box I was mocked like I’m an idiot. Although I was afraid to eat my spicy chicken sandwich I took two bites and it was awful. The crust was soggy. The food tasted awful. I rarely eat fast food and after this I won’t ever eat at jack in the box again. The girls were so rude I felt guilty for even ordering. I videotape the whole experience (I let them know I was). The girl at the window told me the window told me they couldn’t have me recording. I’m afraid to eat my food. I paid almost $16. I’m a white woman (not by choice I wasn’t able to choose the skin I’m in) I felt I was discriminated against. My soda didn’t taste like coke. My first job at 16 was jack in the box and I wouldn’t ever have treated anyone the way I was treated. I’ll post the video shortly as well as the food...

The drive thru staff are incompetent. I literally asked for two tacos with no lettuce and got them with lettuce. Even after repeating my order at the speaker. I showed the drive thru worker that the tacos had lettuce. And she could not comprehend the difference between lettuce and no lettuce. She had a poor attitude at the speaker from the beginning and even at the window she was worse. After several failed attempts to explain to her the difference, I just gave up and drove off. The line was already backed up atleast 10 cars. I waited in that drive thru for well over 20 minutes. And the rest of my order was all cold. You guy's want$15.00 or $20.00 an hour and can't even take a simple food order. I have had issues with their service here before but didn't make an issue of it. But this was it for me there. I will no longer spend my money there. And they can't use the excuse of being short staffed. Because I counted atleast 6 workers thru the drive thru window. One of them even had time to go outside and bring some drinks to one of their friends in the drive thru. And even had time to engage an a conversation. I would definitely not reccomend this...
