I do not mean to be that person. I went last week on November 30th, 2024, it was around 11AMish, and everything was going great. We arrived through the drive thru and were directed into the lanes. We had a girl take our order, first it was me and I ended up only ordering a Double Double with jalapenos and grilled onion and after I told her that was it she confirmed with me my order.
Then, my friend ordered a Double Double with grilled onion instead of onions along with a chocolate shake. She confirmed and yes everything was correct. Lastly, my cousin got a Double Double meal requested for no white onion. She repeated his order and it was also correct.
At last, she repeated our whole order, and I noticed she had mine wrong because she only said jalapeno and I still ended up telling her yes just so I’m not taking anyone’s time or being annoying. I know how it is.
So all good I wasn’t complaining I love both jalapenos and grilled onion so no problem if I don’t have both. So then she lets use know we’re behind a white vehicle on the other side and we proceed to inch forward everytime we can. Keep in mind they had 5+ employees outside.
So a guy approaches us with a receipt of our order with a vehicle printed on the receipt and then he repeated our order. My friend whom was driving decided to tell him my burger had grilled onions. So on his headset he let staff/crew to add grilled onions on to my burger.
We pull up to the first window and are told to pay at next. Ok no problem, so we go to the 2nd window and when we arrive we were greeted with a big smile and a “you had a”, repeating our order. This time it sounded correct and we were asked for any sauce. I requested spread which I was given. So we start driving off and not a minute after we drive off I can see that my burger was spot on. But my friend whom ordered the DBL DBL was given grilled onions & white onion. My cousin’s order that he requested no onion, had white onion which he removed.
At the end of the day, yes, it’s just a small topping, we can remove it ourself, but we pay for what we ask and if it’s what we expect it’s what we should get. Everything was great don’t get me wrong but this is the first time I’ve had a wrong order at In N’ Out.
Despite this first mishap, I recommend you try In N’ Out and or keep it as a to go place every once in a while. They have a small menu, but their burgers are really good. Fries aren’t the best but that’s a given. I think for value and...
Read moreI’ve been coming to this location since it first opened, and today we stopped by to grab a bite to eat. I have to say, I’m truly impressed with the staff—their sense of urgency and level of customer service were top tier.
One team member in particular really stood out: Priscilla. She delivered the kind of customer service we used to see “back in the day”—friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring toward every customer, including myself.
It’s people like Priscilla who make you feel welcome and appreciated, and who remind you why you come back. I wish more establishments would uphold these old-school values and dedication to customers.
Thank you, Priscilla, for going...
Read moreThis line here is always ridiculous, especially drive thru. Why am I waiting 45minutes to an hour in yalls drive thru line. They always seem to be massively short staffed during the nights but day time doesn’t seem much better. I’m sure if they hired adults instead of high school kids a lot of problems would miraculously resolve themselves. Can’t say I ever seen an adult here let alone someone that appears to be management. Cashiers here are to busy joking around with coworkers they don’t hear your order and you have to repeat yourself 4 times. I mean how hard is ketchup only? Not to mention any time I come here after 11pm and order a coke I’m almost guaranteed a...
