This place has gone downhill. Bathrooms were disgusting. The customer service is non existent. The only issues is if this is a culture at this place. I sat and waited without any greeting while teens ran around trying to fill orders. The young lady that took my order appeared annoyed, and would not offer me any options for my drink when I asked questions. She did not ask my name. She did not give me a receipt. She was rude. I went back to get my receipt because she "forgot" to put her name on the print out on the drink. It just had some generic information. In my opinion because she knew a complaint was coming. I go back. I wait. She sees me and walk by me and pretends to be doing something. I wait some more and she continues to ignore me. No one greets me ( or any of the customers for that matter) so I am just standing there. Finally I ask who is going to assist me. She reluctantly ask me what I want. I ask about my receipt. She says I should have asked for it. I ask to speak to the manager and someone who appears to be her best friend says she is (which I find hard to believe). I ask her if the kind of treatment I received (which she did right in front of her) is tolerated. Her reply is well she has to hear both sides (as if she refereeing a dispute between two children). She said she can't "pick sides. I was flabbergasted. She says it's ok for her to treat customers like that if they're "rude" but couldn't define what "rude" was. I came back to get a receipt that was not given to me nor offered, I was blamed, ignored, and then told I deserve it because I wasn't polite ?? yeah it gets better. I ask the teenage manager what the policy is on receipts and asking for the customer's name and putting this information on the drink. She stumbles through an answer that seems to basically say the barrista can basically decide if she wants to offer a premier service and reserves the right to be rude if she feels someone is being rude to her. I felt like I was in the twilight zone. I ask additional questions of which she cannot seem to give a straight answer. She then tells me I have to leave because in her words I wouldn't let her talk which is odd because I was literally asking her questions about their policy because I didn't want to make an assumptions about what an employee is allowed to do. Before I could even respond and in the same sentence she said she would call the police if I didn't leave ! I literally wasn't even given a change to respond ! lol So I said just so I"m clear you're threatening to call the police because you felt you weren't allowed to talk ??? She said yes, and I said ok no problem I'll leave just provide me with the owners information. She reluctantly went and got his card and basically taunted me on the way out. Reported this to Starbuck Corporate and the words were "oh my god" the rep could not believe what they were hearing. The level of unprofessionalism, entitlement, and ease along with with apathy they showed for those that do deliver on service and follow procedures was truly a spectacle. Oh my god doesn't describe it. I had my girlfriend on the phone listening to the entire thing because they only option they have now it to lie and conspire to cover their rear ends. This was reported to the District Manager and the Owner by Corporate as well so we'll see exactly what the response is. The only real question is whether the owner condones this or makes excuses. If so we then were it comes from isn't a mystery. How this person is in a Leadership role is beyond me. She seemed more concerned with pledging allegiance to her friend than the policy of the company or her own career at this place. If these two "no name tag" wearing employees are working there after this and this woman in particular is still a 'supervisor' then that tells you everything you need to know about the culture of this place. I have had great service here before but this was atrocious. I believe she said her name is Giselle. Bought coffee and was rewarded with this. Enjoy your coffee and make sure you are...

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have been going to different Starbucks for years now. This one is one of the worse. Line gets crazy long and they take forever to make your order. I decided to make it easy for them I would order my drink 15 to 20 min before I get there. Most of the time there is an issue with the drink... one time they made it Iced when it was a hot drink...and they kept looking at the app receipt...as if they couldn't believe they got it wrong. Another time the employees were having a conversation completely ignoring me, I didn't want to be rude and interrupt, I kept waving my hand whenever I saw a head turn...I just needed a straw!... . A lot of the employees act like you are an inconvenience to them. I understand that chatting with coworkers is a thing, but if you are busy or have customers waiting maybe just wait until the rush hour is over? . I hate leaving bad reviews. Something must be done to this place. There is a Starbucks at Fortuna in Yuma,AZ. It is always busy. It is the only Starbucks in the town, and they always have our drinks ready, they are friendly, and pay attention to their customers....so I know that it...
