I waited several hours before writing this to cool off. I have looked at the reviews and comments back from the JB representative. It is quite clear that nothing is being done to fix the problems at this location so don’t bother saying the same copy and paste statement of “this is not the impression we want to leave”. If you don’t fix the problem then you are purposely leaving the same impression! I work construction and late nights and last night after a 17 hour day I needed to grab a quick meal and go to bed. I pull up to the drive thru and see 3 cars in the line. Okay it’s 10:46pm I’ll have to wait 10 to 15 minutes at most right? WOW I was wrong. Two people pulled up right behind me. Remember that for later. So I’m in line and its literally going no where. 11:15 then 11:35 nothing. I have never been in a fast food line that long. At this point I’m able now to see the employees and no one is working. Now I have no idea if all them are new or well trained so I can only tell you what I saw. Them walking around at a snails pace. Okay, I’m done I just want to go to bed hungry I’m leaving this insanity but wait I can’t go anywhere I am literally a kidnapped victim! I cannot back up or pull forward. I pull up to the window at 11:45pm and hand the guy “who get this” seems to have a attitude with me and my card. He asked me what my order was which is understandable seeing it was ordered over an hour ago. I mean I could have walked to Taco Bell and back in less time. NOT ONE WORD!!! From this guy about the over an hour wait, not a I’m sorry or one apology that means this is the normal. This mean this is the “Impression that this Jack-in-the-Box wants to leave”. Also, this next part wouldn’t normally make me up set cause it’s FAST FOOD. But when you wait over an hour for a meal you would hope it’s at least warm. Nope it was cold!!! Again if I get a copy and paste statement from what I assume is the manager don’t bother unless I can talk to the owner. Because after reading the comments this isn’t a new problem. This is a...
Read more09/26/25 | 8:20pm This woman with orange hair, grey hoodie, and faded blue jeans took our order & rushed my husband as he ordered for the two of us. Once we got to the window, after minutes of waiting for her to come to the window, she used a rude tone to give him the total and tell him to park up front (which we are ALWAYS told to do, even with no one behind us). He then asked for ranch before we drove to the front and she rolled her eyes, said okay, and closed the window. No receipt. When we got our meals they were in bags, not the monster munchies boxes, which is okay because they may have run out. We also didn’t get the complimentary Halloween cup that was supposed to come with them, again, maybe they were out? We don’t always get the best service but she has been the worst. Anytime we go, the employees always look unhappy and lazy. I’ve worked many years in customer service (so has my husband) and we would never mistreat customers - whether we’ve had a good day or the worst day. My husband even tried making his tone more cheery in hopes that it would snap her out of her frumpy attitude. Didn’t work. They rush people out just to go sit at a table and get on their phones. Thankfully the food still turns out decent or we would never go back due to the quality of service — we rarely go because we always feel like an...
Read moreThe one star is an over-statement!!
The dining area was dirty. The condiment counter was filthy, as was the soda machine. The dining room trash cans were overflowing with trash.
The dining area looked like it hadn't been clean all day. I don't mind cleaning a missed spot on a table, but when there's food and debris on ALL the tables and I had to clean one to sit down, that's an issue. I was there at 1120 am.
The restrooms looked like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks. The staff, while friendly, were also watching a "telenovela" when I arrived. We were the only ones inside, and drive-thru was steady but not busy. They had time to watch their soap opera, but not the time to clean?!?!
At my count I could see 4 staff members. One was on the grill, the second in drive thru, the third at the front register. The fourth, I'm not sure??
If drive-thru was a priority, the front cashier could've helped on the grill. I was the only one inside. I still don't know what the fourth employee was doing. But, someone could've cleaned the dining area, even during this time frame.
