Subway — Restaurant in Phoenix

I had gotten a couple of sandwiches from this location. I do like some wings a whole however this location I'm not so crazy about. First I'll start off with the good I think it's a clean nice Subway. I never question weather the food is okay and properly maintained. However the bad. I had gotten some sandwiches where the bread was hard clearly harder than what Italian bread should be. So when I called the very next morning at 9:30 ish in the morning I had spoken with presumably the manager or owner... I had voice my concern more looking for a time when is best to come in for fresh bread. My answer I've gotten was we make fresh bread all the time, then I was told that the bread will always be a little hard. I felt like I was given a smartass answer when I was asked if I knew it wasn't Wonder Bread. Well I do know the difference between Wonder Bread and Italian bread. However I will say I didn't know that there is a difference between different Subway breads at different locations. This one just happens to have lower standards than what I am accustomed to. I really didn't care whether or not my sandwiches are remade however I was told that is against their store policy. So my reasoning for not wanting to go to the subway is that if anything goes wrong it's not because they messed up it's because I'm uneducated in Subway...

Order OEF-480A7-15 APRIL 2, 5:15 PICKUP. APP ORDER. I paid for 2 protein bowls. Meat was fine, but extras were charged for and missing. I do not normally complain, but $29.75 for 2 bowls, you expect to get what you paid for. It is not like you can disassemble the bowls at the store to make sure the contents are correct. Roasted Chicken: Paid for/asked for extra onions, spinach, tomatoes - barely got any vegetables - removed the meat to look and have pictures to prove. You can see the bottom of the plastic bowl !!! Chicken Bacon Ranch bowl: Paid 2.50 for avocado slices - none present at all. Asked for extra green peppers, extra onions...no extra. Totally unsatisfied. This is the 2nd time ordered at this location from the App after a 2.5 hour drive into Phoenix. Will not be ordering from the app again. You have to babysit these kids to get the order right. There was only 1 person behind the counter. He was not able to keep up, apparently 2 people had called out. The store was very busy. When help finally arrived I had already been waiting for 20 mins. The couple in front of me got half off their order due to the long wait. I waited another 10 mins before getting the attention of the employee. He said he wasn't going to charge me for the order because of the long wait time. He didn't tell the cashier about the discount and disappeared to the back I was charged full price for my order.
